I originally thought of using burlap bags for my OOT bags. But, i opted for canvas bags instead. That way they could use it as a shopping bag around town. I just did a Google Search on "Burlap bags" and a whole bunch of sites came up! Here are a couple that i found that were cheapest, depending on the size you want. it all depends on the AI resort. They all vary in what is included and what is not included in their packages. Take Dreams for instance. they charge you a ceremony and reception set up fee of $28 each, total $56 per guest only staying at the resort. But, for outside guest not staying at the resort, they or you would have to purchase a Day Pass for them, which is $89. Depending on which package you choose, you can have a 3-5 course meal, or buffet, which is an additional cost per person over 20 guest! Again, depending on what package you choose. I estimate approx. 80-100 guest. Which for our budget, is way too much.. BUT, this is still cheaper, if we didn't have it at an AI resort.

Hello Tracy! and CONGRATS to the both of you on your engagement! I'm Melita and my Fiance's name is Charlie. We are torn between 2 places to have our wedding. Dreams Resort or Presidente InterContinental Los Cabos Resort. For our budget and our guest list, it looks like we'll be having our wedding at the Presidente InterContinental. Our tentative date is set for January 21, 2010. We too have been questioning the type of ceremonies as well. A civil Ceremony which is supposedly LEGAL requires a blood test, which from what i understand, you have to be in Mexico 4 days prior to the wedding date. OR there is what they call a religious and symbolic ceremonies. Which is NOT legal, and does not require a blood test. We had already planned on going to the SanFrancisco courthouse when we return from Cabo after the wedding to legalize our marriage. So, there was no point in having to arrive 4 days early, just to get TORTURED for a blood test!! I found this site late last night, and that is what i understood from it.
