  1. usually there are 2-3 weddings on the same day. We lucked out and were the only wedding on our day but a lot of brides experienced same day weddings and it wasn't a big deal since they were going on in different spots at the resort.
  2. oh and my veil is ivory. i'll let you know, i'm trying to sell it with the dress but i'll let you know for sure.
  3. Bachelor type thingy - Mandala for sure Karen! Rendezvous I think closes at 12 but don't hold me to that - I'm not positive.

Nadine also had a hair flower made by her....she does a great job. Quote: Originally Posted by Alex Teas I would like the hint hint undies if still available! They are yours - I'll PM you. 5. Hey Karen, we went to ZTai which was more of a lounge - still fun though, good starting off bar. Then we went to Mandala which was a lot of fun. They are both like a $4 cab ride from Dreams.
  6. Hey Adrienne, congrats!! thanks for the compliments I didn't use Rebeca at all, I did meet her and she was very nice but we were looking for a coordinator who would handle EVERYTHING where I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Also, Dazzling Details is more of a detail oriented coordinator who goes all out on their weddings which is what we wanted. The other girls who did use Rebeca though said she was great. It really depends on what you want and your budget. Did you get the group rate through Dreams? I thought they would be the best so I did the same and they were not. I got a few more quotes from TA's and used the best rates. It is crazy to me and makes no sense that the resort directly would not have the best rates but they don't. Also, outside TA's have better negotiating power so I would definitely do that. When our room rates lowered online, our TA got ours lowered to beat the online rates, and this happened a couple times before our wedding. Good luck! Any questions, feel free to ask. You will love Dreams PV.
  7. Yup, I'm going to say Dreams PV as well...super close to downtown for the great nightlife and the beach is private - so awesome, with lots of water sports and activities.
  8. hair flower sold, sorry! matte tungsten ring also just sold - shiny one still available
  9. I used to be afraid of macs also, but now Paul has one and I love them. Once you get used to them they are a lot easier than a PC.

I feel sooo clean and fresh after waxing! omg really? legs hurt so bad for me, the bottoms by the ankles - so painful...way worse than Brazilian
  11. I'd go for the macbook pro - its worth every penny.
  12. very nice! isadoraclothing on etsy also has very similar dresses
  13. I was super nervous but I did the full brazilian for the wedding...it is totally worth it and really does not hurt that bad. After once, it is easy! My waxer recommended a shot of tequila before - lol
  14. I chose Dreams PV because I wanted an all-inclusive where my guests wouldn't have to worry about paying for drinks or food. Dreams PV was the best rated AI in PV which is why I went with them. It was definitely a good choice!
  15. I would get another TA who responds quickly, try one from the forum. You can get better pricing than expedia and much better customer service.
  16. haha this show is awesome....that crazy girl, what is her name? She is psycho! And I want to know who Roslyn slept with on the show staff, anyone know?
  17. Congrats Nad! You are a rockstar with your fast review. I love your ceremony - so pretty. too funny about all the onlookers
  18. Hi Christine! You will love DD. We didn't dine at La Palapa but we were going to, just never got around to it. I heard it is incredible for a rehearsal dinner, just pricey. As far as the fireworks - it was a complete surprise that my parents set up so I'm not sure of the exact price. It was a full on professional show - probably 5 minutes long. If I had to guess I would say $5K-$10K but my parents will not tell me. It was so amazing though, everyone keeps raving about the fireworks - still! If you can do it, do it! Don't tell anyone though if you do, make it a complete surprise, it is so much better that way. Any other questions feel free to ask
  19. Linds what color? I have my ivory one
  20. Aut great review I totally agree with everything of course And so weird about the wait staff - we had the same problem about getting drinks...our guests were being served all night long but we were rarely asked if we wanted a drink so if we did we had to get it ourselves also. And Blanca - yay! Glad we had the same hairdresser - loved her - she did an awesome job.
