Wow..I gotta tell ya, when I first saw the prices you posted for her, I was so excited, because i was going to book her....Then I saw your second post, but even with her raised prices....I still think I want to book her. Thank you so much for posting all of that!!!

Sooo I just told FI the Wedding is Off...Because I need to spend that money on the NKOTB cruise!!!! LOL I wanna go!!! The Concert was the best time I have had in a long time! I love them!! I will be insanely jealous of anyone who goes, but I really hope someone from here goes so we can hear all about it!! :-)

Oohh I love water aerobics! We did that and Salsa dancing lessons in Punta Cana and I felt great the whole time, even though we drank and ate all week!! LOL

Cancun Tours - Aquaworld's selection of sightseeing and attractions - Cancun Tours, Cancun Tour, Aquaworld Cancun And if not, has anyone gone through here to do anything? I think I am getting all the guys in the Wedding party a Boat to go Deep Sea Fishing the day after the Wedding...and this site is cheaper then the one in the original post. However...I would rather go with a company that other people have used. Especially it it's a gift!!

Sooo..Since my Wedding is less then 6 Months away...My Brain is consumed with everything that has to do with Weddings and Planning and Dieting and oh so much. I spent so much time online last night trying to figure out my center Pieces, I actually had trouble sleeping because these center pieces kept popping up and stressing me out in my sleep!! LOL Anyway...So I started thinking about everything and how I hope to be at least 30lbs lighter and that I'm gonna go to the Tanning salon to get a "Base" tan before we leave....and how once we get down there, we'll be stress free...But then I thought of something.....We will be there 3 and 1/2 days before our wedding....I'm gonna wanna eat and enjoy myself obviously...But I wonder, how much weight can you gain in 3 and 1/2 days?? Am I going to have to be miserable until Wedding day?? (Yes I am whinning about food because I am dieting and not liking it..LOL) Also...I hope to be able to relax in the sun to work on my tan and I was thinking about Tan lines. Now, I didn't get my dress yet (I know :-( ), but it will most likely be strapless...So am I going to have to wear tube tops until Wedding day? LOL or at least during the day. So if I didnt have enough to worry about...I am just adding things as days pass!! LOL Anyone else have these "issues" while planning On a Side OT note...I know alot of you have had issues with Friends and whose not attending and all that drama. I have had a little drama, but nothing too serious and it was with my Brother. But I am noticing that some of my friends who cant make it, They totally don't wanna really hear about the Wedding. I mean, Even tough it's all I think about, Its not all I talk about, because I know how annoying that can be. However...Since it's basically what;s going on in my life, I do mention it and I feel like Certai friends kind of listen then change the subject. It pisses me off a little. I mean, I listen to all your EX boyfriend Crap 24/7 can you at least hear about my Center pieces!!! LMAO But, I do have friends who are just as consumed by my Wedding as I am, which is why they are in my Wedding party, so there ya go! Sorry for the long rant...I needed a break from trying to figure everything out. I have so much left to do and without this Forum I would be so lost. Of course without this forum I would have more money too!! LOL All the good Ideas here are making me want them and making my Budget go up too!! Hahahahaha..But thats ok...I Love it!!

Ugh...I just tried to order from Online and even though they say they are on sale...When I put the in my cart, It didn't come up up as on sale, So I will have to call. But they really are a cute addition to my BM's gifts...Not to mention Mothers of the Bride & Groom :-)

Girls...I hear you!! Since being with my FI, in the last2 1/2 years, I gained all the weight i lost when i was single, and thats about 40lbs!! So now that my Wedding is less then 6 months away, I started a workout/Diet thing on my own. The problem is, During the week, at work, I eat fabulous. I get up early, d my workout DVD's and I am so busy at work I only eat what I am suppose to and sometimes less. When i come home, it's late so i have a Salad and I'm good to go. But When the weekend rolls around, I get back to doing Wedding stuff and it's really hard to stay on track. This morning I made Chocolate Chip pancakes...Did i need to make Pancakes, Let alone CHOCOLATE chip? LOL..No...But I cant help myself :-( So your not in this alone, but it does stink :-(

That sounds like a good Idea...I would take 50 from you if you want :-) Just let me know what they charge you for shipping and I will split it with you :-) I am in PA too, so you can just throw them in an envelope and stick a stamp on them and they are good to go :-)

Yes, The best thing about this site is , Almost everyone has been right where I am and you all understand :-) Your so right, When it comes down to it, Nothing else matters and everything will work out in the end I work so much better under pressure, but damn, I didn't leave myself any breathing oom here..LOL I have mucho planning to do! HI Ladies!! So..My Wedding is in About 6 months, @ Dreams Cancun. I have kind of been slacking in the planning department. Partly due to the holidays and all of that insane-ness..LOL but also because I was having a little of the Wedding Blues. Besides the fact that due to the Economy, My Brother, Sister-in-Law and 2 neices won't be attending the wedding, and now I feel bad about it, And he was going to be walking me down the Isle....My Money Situation isn't where I wanted it to be at this point. Mainly due to going overboard as usual for Xmas :-( From the start when we decided on this DW, I wanted my reception on the beach, with the Illuminated Dance floor and a DJ...However...Times are tight and the Dance floor and DJ aren't going to happen, And even if they did, I am only going to have, At MAX 22 people, so is a beach reception worth it? Probably not. I'm nervous about using the iPod, because I feel like no one will dance and everyone will just be sitting around after dinner like, Duh...And I also realized I will have to use the resort Photographer, because hiring an outside Vendor, isn't in the Budget :-( So needless to say, I was depressing myself during the holidays, because of all this. So, the New Year began and now it's time to stop procrastinating and get things done (I still don't have my passport, Wedding Dress or picked BM dresses!!!) A couple days ago, I started reading posts on this site again. I never really stopped, but between work and the Holidays, I honestly didn't really take the time to read all the posts i used to...But Anyway, I did, and after reading reviews and other girls worries and solutions in general...I feel better again!! I decided that the lobby terrace is the best place for me...I decided I'll probably rent the sound system and Burn CD's for the reception and tell my BM's to help out with the dancing stuff , I've decided that our pictures will be great no matter how many we get, plus other people will have cameras & Good pictures of us, So I don't mind having the resort Photog anymore, and I may even do one long table, which is a big deal for me, becuase from the begining, I said I would never do that, and now, it's looking like a really good Idea and will make Dinner with our guests personal :-) So I have to give an early thank you to Everyone!! This Site really is a lifesavor for me. I am so far behind..we haven;t even booked our flights yet (Although the prices have really gone down so we will be doing that soon) I started my Diet today, Along with my workout DVD's (my gym shut down last month!!) but I have to go try on dresses in the next 2 weeks and I SOOO don't want to because I am a fat mess at the moment...LOL But All I can do is take a before pic and hope the after pic makes me happy!! :-) Ok, Now I am just complaining....The point is, I was havin Wedding blues and you ladies helped me, so Thanks!! I am actually getting REALLY excited for the Wedding, which I haven't been since the begining. and I am also starting to realize that I need to compromise with myself. Once I get something in my head, I am so stubborn, I don't want anything else. But I am getting better! :-) Anyone else having The Wedding Blues for one reason or Another??

I personally would love to stay home, in my PJs with my man, My animals and some food watching Dick Clark and MTV all night. At midnight I'd like to say happy new year and then head to bed....However...My FI is younger then me (5 years) and he is still in the, "we gotta do something on NYE" Phase... Luckily my sister has a party every single year, and I have been going every single year....So that's where we'll be tomorrow night. She has lots of good food...Usually a good crowd and lots to drink. I just made 180 Jello Shots (They are my specialty) and they are ALWAYS a big hit. I would have had to have made them even if FI did give in and stay home with me NYE has never been my fav..I live in South Philly, so New Years Day is the big thing here...We get up early & head to broad street to drink & watch the MUMMERS strut their stuff all day. Then, since so many people have open houses, you travel from house to house to eat, get warm and see people you only see on New Years day. Now that I am older, even New Years days has lost it's magic, bt when I was a teenager...Actually even 5 years ago, I couldn't wait for Christmas to be over, so New Years day would get here. There is nothing like New Years Day in Philly..The Mummers are the heart of this city for sure The best thing about this New Years? Once its over, my 6 month countdown to the Wedding is on!! :-)

I will look at them tonight :-) I have to tell you, What happened to you at your reception with the iPod..is EXACTLY what I am afraid of happening to me :-( I really wanted to get Mannia with his illuminated Dance floor, but there is no way I cna afford him...So the iPod it is and I am so nervous no one will dance and everyone will kind of be like, OK...What do we do now? So I will have to talk to my BM's to maybe get the party started!! LOL BUt anyway, I am so glad you had such a great time!! And I think I speak for all of us future Dreams Cancun Brides out there when I say, we really appreciate all of the reviews from the returning Brides!! It's such a big help and it gets me really excited for the big day!! Thanks & Congrats again!! :-)

Anyway....They may Appreciate the fact that your ok with it. I feel so bad about having my Wedding in Mexico now, And I know I shouldn't...But now that my brother can't come and my neices, I really feel like crap :-( It doesn't matter now.I have 9 people booked and I estimate to have a total of around 20...That's a nice comfy crowd :-) And there is the video and Pictures for everyone else to see!! :-)

My Family also laughs everytime I say Doggy daycare, but for the past year, my dog has been going 2 days a week and he LOVES it. I send him Thursday & Fridays and by the time the weekend comes, he is tired, relaxed and a good little boy..Hahahahahaha I think you really have to be a dog person to understand the benefits of Doggy Daycare. I mean I think everyone puts their dogs in there for a reason, not just because it cute, ya know? My dog is 2 1/2...He has ALWAYS loved other dogs, people, my cat...everything, but we work 9 hours a day and he is in his crate the whole time. He;s very used to it now, as he has been trained that way since he was a puppy. When he sees me put my coat on, he goes and patiently waits for his treat (he always gets) then I shut the cage and leave. But with Doggy Daycare..He;s only in the cage 3 days a week and the other 2 days he's at Daycare from 7am-6pm!! They have play time and from 12-2 is nap time..LOL it's really cool. And he is in heaven on Fridays because we call that Lab day...For some reason there are like 10 other labs that go there on Fridays and they play so hard....When he gets home on Friday he can barely keep his eyes open! Too Funny I even send him there overnight if I need to and I feel totally comfortable. I really am appreciative for the owners there. They dedicate their lives to other peoples dogs. Buddy will be there for a whole 9 days when we are in Cancun...& that is the longest he's ever been there and the longest we've been without him :-( It's def gonna be hard. He is my heart :-) But the point of this loooonngg post..LOL was to say...Doggy Daycare is really popular and a really great thing to do, not only for your pet who will LOVE & benefit from it, but also fro yourself! Oh & ours is $25.00 a day. Good Luck!

Hello all!! So we have booked the One Bedroom Master Suite....And I originally wanted it because I had 5 brides maids and 3 juniors...But since the economy sucks ass...My brother, sister in-law ad my 2 neices aren't coming...So my brides maids are down to 3 with one junior (abother bridesmaid already had to cancel because she lost her job) But I know we all had this stuff happen and honestly I feel bad for people more then I feel bad about them missing our wedding. Anyway...My point was....I was thinking of getting rid of the room we booked and just going for the junior jacuzzi suite, which i think is a little smaller, but who cares now.... Has anyone gotten the one bedroom master suite? Is it nice? I always hear about the junior jacuzzi :-)

My All time Fav is the cartoon, "Twas the night before Christmas"...The one with the mice?? I love it. But I have to watch all the others every year....The grinch was on last night, Rudolph comes on tomorrow night and Frosty comes on, Dec 12th..LOL My DVR is set in case I forget. But my tradition, since I was a kid is on Christmas Eve...When 24 hours of a Christmas Story is on...I keep it on all night long while i'm...And since I always get up at least once in the middle of the night, i love waking up to that!! It also stays on all Christmas morning.
