  4. My dad passed a few years ago...so I had my husband meet me half way.
  5. I want to join I start my half marathon training tomorrow. So excited! 225.15 miles + 3.5 miles = 228.15

  7. We did a in memory thing. We had two sided frames...one side was a picture with our parent that is passed, and the other side had a poem. My poem was sad (found it on here), but my husband used a song to, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Simple Man. Mama told me when I was young Come sit beside me, my only son And listen closely to what I say.   8. Well Well Well, can you believe they have me still doing both jobs? I turned down that job almost 2 months ago. They are still dragging me out. Ive brought it up numerous times, especially since Im not getting ANY compensation for doing two jobs, and they just avoid it. Im beyond livid. I want out. NOW.
  9. Well I had a 2lb gain, so guess where that takes me...back to where I started. So frustrated. Ive been trying really hard, staying within my calorie range, really pushing myself with 5 days of workouts. Some days two workouts in one day. Im very overweight for my height..so I should be dropping pounds. But when your hypothyroid its nearly impossible. Unless you eat like 1200 calories and exercise high intensity 6 days a week. I do feel like Im getting stronger and more fit, but it still is disappointing to not see the scale move. While feeling sorry for myself I turned to food today. And feel like crap for it. When will I learn?

  12. Way to go Tyra! And instances like last night show how committed you are! Good for you!!! Congrats on the losses girls Ive been having a trying week. I splurged on one meal and it got out of control! Ill jump back on track and than fall off for a meal again. Im having a down week so that could be part of it...Im such an emotional eater. But Im hoping to pull out a much better rest of the week. Heading to Yoga class here in a bit, and than will fit in my run afterwards. The only obstacle I see is Im going out tonight to the bar. We are celebrating our friends (a couple) birthdays. I usually drink beer, so maybe Ill do light beer and water in between. Stay strong everyone!
  13. Down a pound I can say I am loving the way Im feeling with each workout. I forgot how great it feels to get stronger! Coke....soda is my BIGGEST weakness. Ive tried to do those 100 calorie cans, and sometimes it works. I just get so sick of drinking water all the time. Ive tried a few ways, but anyway suggestions on how to kick this habit. I shouldnt be drinking my calories!

  15. I have had a great week! I worked out 5 days! And today I worked out twice I wont get my hopes up to much...being hypothyroid its extremely hard to drop a ton of weight. Unless I work out at high intensity 6 days a week, and eat like 1200 calories. Yeah Im not doing all that. LOL

  18. I drink so much water during the day, but am really bad about it when I get home. I have a 25 ounce water bottle....one fill on the way to work, one fill till lunch time, one fill at lunch, one fill sometimes two from lunch till I go home. I dont mind the peeing so much since it gets me away from my desk for a bit.
