Way to go on the losses ladies!!!!

I had a pound loss. Ill take it. I reflected on my week and see lots of room for improvement! Im beginning to think that what I think is healthy...really isnt healthy. I could use some snack and lunch suggestions....preferably snacks that are filling.

Just got home from cycling class. Phew! Im so out of shape, but I made it through. At one point I thought I might toss my cookies during that 12 minute hill climb. LOL

Hol...even though being sick doesnt feel great....thats a great sign. Your on the rode to being healthy! I always find that when Im eating great and I eat something I use to...I get sick. Our bodies are like woah....we cant do that now. Like Manders said, a great deterrant! Manders..have a great vacation! Well yesterday I got to the gym for a 2 mile run as well as 15 minutes on the elliptical. I havent been on the elliptical in quite sometime and have to say it really kicked my butt! We are suppose to get up to 37 today so Id like to try to run outside. Although I did get my period this morning (which explains my 5 day headache), and usually I feel like such crap during it that I dont exercise. I know it helps so Ill try to get out there today.

I am horrible at preparing. I should know better by now. Ive done this a thousand times before. I have a horrible headache from either lack of food, or caffine withdrawl....I was planning on going to cycling class tonight. If I go like this I know the result. Ill feel sick to my stomach by the time I get home. Am I the only one that doesnt live and learn? Oy!

LOL I did just watch last nights Biggest Loser eposide to....so Im sure that has left me with some inspiration. I got this app for my phone called Lose It! Its so fun! Or maybe Im just a dork. I can log my weigh ins, exercise, and calories. It has this calorie budget bar, and as I log in through the day it tells me how much I have left for the day. And when I exercise it adds in those calories (which makes me really excited.LOL) Its fun. LOL I dont know if I necessarily agree with the calories allowed, so I adjusted it a bit.

Seriously. I was trying to have a trial run this week, and I have my work cut out for me. Getting into the healthy mode is quite the task! The good thing is I have worked out more this week than I have since I got back from the wedding!
