I'm staying at the Riu and 7 girls are getting hair done by suzanne morel on the morning of my wedding. We are not paying for day passes so we are getting a ride to her salon which is less then 10 minutes away. She will come pick up up in her van. I've heard good and bad from the riu salon so i didn't want to take a chance and booked with S.M She has so many great reviews on here! good luck.

I can't wait to hear all about it Barrie! Maura, Who is your wedding coordinator at the Westin again? I have Juan. I think he's a banquet coordinator for the Westin for events. I'm not getting married at the Westin, so I got someone different. I don't always get answers from him and other times I do. It's not very consistent. I asked about 10 times to see some light yellow chair ties.

PS: She better be VERY good with coordinating day of wedding. I'm booking all my vendors myself because of her increased prices and every time I do so, she gets upset with me! If she's only so so at coordinating the day of wedding, well then what's the point of paying $800 for a coordinator? I'm worried

All the prices Maye has given me are over what the vendor is giving me. Just like Ana, Maye quotes me 275/hour for Dj Ricardo. When contacting him myself he quotes me 225/hour. For two horses I was quoted 400$ by Maye and 350$ direct from them. Same for flowers...everything I asked so far is more expensive with Maye. It's really frustrating me. Leia, you got quotes 500$ for October? WOW! how did you get that deal??

I'm working and planning wedding and having fun. Not nearly as exciting as your summer off!

like Erin said, Cactus's barely need any water. Just be careful not to sit on it lol YES, I had a BIG cactus when I was a kid and fell on it bum first - it KILLED and my mom had to get the big needled out of my bum. Everyone was laughing but me! This cactus was HUGE!!! As for orchids I'm super bad with them. I over watered my last one and garbage it went..then I was told that I should of kept it cause even if the flower dies another flower will form.

1 per room for me too...this may sound bad, but bridal party ( 10 ppl) are all single and I'm not getting them all an OOT bag. instead we paid for each dress and the guys pants, shirts and belts.

yep! That's what i'm doing in Cabo. You can even find a store that sells them were your getting married, call them and have them save the amount you need so that you know they have enough when you get there.
