    with goodlife you will find that some gyms have better spin bikes then others. The bikes at Queensview are awesome and bum doesn't hurt so much the next day. Some other locations have older bikes and bum will hurt more

    I don't agree with that extra fee. It usually takes a few proofs before things are good. It's really hard to communicate what you want over email as well so maybe you should call them so that hopefully things will be right the next time. Thanks for letting us know about this.

    oh and just noticed that your also from ottawa, yeah! Goodlife where your going? if so, it's awesome and the instructors are so nice. Make sure to let him/her know that your new at it. I just started about 2 months ago and I'm hooked!

    you decide how much tension to put on so you have total control. Go fir it, it's lots of fun, bring a little towel and lots of water. loose so much weight doing this - soooo worth it!!!!!

    oh wayy under 4K - IMO 4K would be overboard for video. We are paying over 1k but under 2k for ours. We decided to go with either 3 or 4 hours. I looked into many and found Ãngel Zapién (link below) not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. When I was looking at video demos, his impressed me the most and I heard great things, but we all have different styles. www.angelzapien.com Good luck!

    I say go for it!!! I like that syle and it's your wedding and it's only one day in your life. Here in Ottawa where I live, it can get really hot in the summer - sometimes just as hot as in mx and brides still wear the big dress here so why not wear it in mexico too?

    LOL that's what I was worried about so we decided to go with the cheaper all you can drink but with limited drinks. It was much cheaper and we don't have to worry. We will be going back to the riu at 11pm so they can drink all they want when we get back. How often did you get to see your BEO. I haven't seen one form Westin yet :S

    we are doing open bar but the cheaper open bar - I forget the price sorry. It includes bottled water, daiquiris and beer. I think that's it..maybe one more thing. We are then paying for wine bottles during dinner. but I think for you Maura the by consumption is better and you will end up saving some $'s.
