Everything these girls said-I will echo: -I also brought one of FI's shirts and had a little fun with it. (its a shirt I hate but he wears all the time.) - get some excercise or movement during the day- It always makes me more confident and also I am more connected to my body. So in the pics you won't look so stiff. - Don't be afraid to play and move your body in different ways. I kept trying to remind myself of this in my shoot. This was a tip from my friend who is a photog and it really does make a difference. - Have Music and enjoy it. It's really fun!

We had our two friends that cannot travel to mexico (she's preggers) come and be our witnesses for our legal day yesterday. It was such a great day. we had so much fun! Everything aligned for us- the weather, the subways,not a super long wait at the JP, the lunch spot. It was wonderful. The only people that knew we were doing the legal here is my parents and the two that came with us. I am dying to share my day. Thank goodness I have you ladies. On our way over- the grass looked so green and beautiful At the bureau of marriage I think it was nerves.. these two put on a whole show while we were waiting for the JP. FI was the judge telling the other guy his sentence. ha ha Ok seriously this happened in less than 90 seconds. We're married!! See! we're married This was the best part of the whole thing- this mural that everyone is lined up taking pics with. FI realizing he's married. ha Yay can't wait for Mexico! Tonight is my bachelorette party. This whole week has been so crazy. Bridal shower, graduation, legal day. You guys sick of pics from me yet?

Yolanda I can't believe yesterday was your birthday of all days. Happy belated birthday!! When I got your email yesterday I seriously freaked out- like they were my pics! I am outraged. I know that you have taken all the necessary steps to get a new book and I am hoping that it's in production as we speak. The whole thing is bizarre. Does it say who signed for your package when you called UPS? This (not bd book tho) happened to a friend of mine and it said that the guy from upstairs had signed for the box. Weird I know but worth a shot asking. Also if you see your UPS guy (it seems like you know who he is) I would ask if he remembers who signed (what they looked like). The whole thigns SUCKS and I am so so sorry that you are dealing with this. Keep me posted. xx

Even though T and I already feel married and have been living together for a while as each day gets closer I get more and more excited to make it "official". I am so happy to be marrying him. Hi there, I am going to incorporate a shell blessing in my ceremony and it involves everyone going to the edge of the ocean and tossing a shell back after the blessing. Each shell has a word on it- a wish of sorts- "love" "faith" "friendship" etc...They get the shell when they are being seated for the ceremony. So my question is what kind of marker would you write the word on the shell with? It goes back in the ocean- so nothing toxic.. any suggestions? Maybe non toxic paint? I am thinking a marker may look cheesy. Anyone? Thanks

Congrats! I graduated on Monday as well from my MA program and I feel ya- it's overwhelming. Cry! I definately did.. and probably will keep doing so until I leave next tuesday. ha Good job-be proud of yourself!

Hi guys! I feel like I have been MIA on this thread but it was so fun catching up. I can't sleep! I have been up since 5:30. It's rally annoying. Having a to-do list on my computer is not enough I need visual in my face. I made daily lists in green magic marker that I taped up on my wall. I need to feel satisfied crossing things off. I have been feeling like there's so much that I want to finish getting done and yet with life and all the rest of it- I just sort of end up doing a few things and then crash. I don't even know if that made sense. I graduated from my MA program Monday though and now it's just wedding till I leave in 6 days!!!!!!! Seriously Tuesday cannot get here fast enough.. but then again stuff to do still. ha I feel nutty Also.. My dieting has been BAD so very bad. It's all the damn celebrating. Graduating, bridal shower, legal day, bachelorette... ugh. I feel like the May brides had a little extra something cause of the swine flu drama. It's so great to see all you girls that decided to go ahead with Mexico even through the media crap that was thrown our way. Just wanted to drop in and say Hi and touch base with my May girls. Onward and forward women! I am so excited (what if i don't sleep till next tue when I leave??)
