  1. As part of our free wedding package we have included a honeymoon breakfast in bed and a dinner on the beach. I was wondering, for those who also went with the Free Wedding Package at EDR, which Menu Option would you recommend? What was your experience with your choices? *Honeymoon breakfast in bed *Honeymoon Candle Light Dinner on the Beach Does anyone know if these have to happen the morning after the wedding or can it happen on any day of your honeymoon stay?
  2. Lucy, I love your projects. LOVELY! Your colors are so fresh Quote: Originally Posted by Tracy FANTASTIC - you are my inspirtaion. This is so true, I'm a teacher and I can't wait for school to end so I can begin some of my own projects too. I'm thinking of going with the pocketfolders too, but I'm wondering if everything comes ready and cut for you to assemble??

The required deposit isn't bad at all either
  4. Can't seem to open it. I've been very unsuccessful with trying to open files through Adobe. Would you be able to e-mail it to me whenever possible? I would greatly appreciate it. My e-mail: [email protected]
  5. Yippiee!!! Red Bank is not far from where I live either. Maybe I should look into hiring her as well. My sister offered to do them for me but I kind of want to go with the professional route better. Her work seems awesome! Would you mind sharing pricing info with us?
  6. For those of you going with Honeymoonwishes.com, have you expeirenced any problems with their website lately? I'm having so much trouble logging into my account . It always freezes and when I am able to log on and try to edit my registry, it takes for ever to update it... . Anyone out there having the same difficulites? Maybe we should contact them. I would do so, but I can't even get their contact info from their website cause I can't log in to anything "Honeymoonwishes", help please Thanks,

  8. Ok, here's another question for you ladies....What's the difference between a Bridal Shower & a Bachlorette Party? Is the bridal shower when they give you your wedding gifts? Who's usually in charge of setting up both events and usually how long before the wedding should they take place?

  10. Congrats JamieLynn, we're using Elizabeth Medina too for our wedding. She is simply AMAZING! I'm one month before you, April 05, 2009. Planning is so much fun, especially when you can picture it all ready. "2009 BRIDES...WOOO-HOOO!!!!!"
  11. Here's a BIG, kind of silly question I have. Is the Bride suppose to know when the Bridal Shower is to take place? Or is it more like a surprise to the bride from her cohostess/friends. Also, I've already registered with an on-line Honeymoon Registry, and I'm thinking about registering with Bed Bath & Beyond mainly because of my Back Home Reception. So should there be a bridal shower for me? I mean wouldn't that be way to many gifts to expect from family & friends? Advice please....
  12. Can someone please explain the way this works exactly. I don't want to confuse guests or myself. Also, how many of you have gone with the $$$$Contribution$$$ Option??
  13. Great! ok, so I take it that it has worked for others couples. My major concern was that if they were a REAL business. I'm feeling alittle better about going with them for my registry then. Thanks guys
  14. Congrats! Welcome to the forum I'm about a week ahead of you, YAY!!!

The trip was supposed to be 4 hours, but after 2 hours the captain said they probably wouldn't have any luck fishing and since everyone was sick, did they want to just go back? Of course the answer was yes. When we inquired about a refund they were told that WE should have made the call on whether the seas were too rough before we went out (who is the expert here?). The marina was closed the next day due to high waves. We initially had looked into booking through Captain Rick out of Puerto Adventuras (45 minutes south) or PuertoMorelosfishing.com. We so wish we had gone with one of the others. Both of them were great about getting right back to me answering any questions I had, plus both were much cheaper than with Lomas. It was a miserable, costly lesson. wow, so sorry to hear of your expeirence with Lomas. "Rough" Water as in strong waves you mean? When was this by the way? Also, did your guests book the trip on their own, or was this an activity that you had set-up for everyone?

Did any of your guests actually go with any of the activities offered by Lomas? If so, did they book them beforehand or when they got there. HELP!My guests really want my advice on this, and I don't know what to tell them.
  17. I was just curious to know who on here has gone with Honeymoonwishes.com as an option for their REGISTRY. I set up an account with them, but my wedding coordinator says she's never heard of them. So I'm kind of unsure if I should go with this. Any suggestions advice...
  18. Love these! Sarah, I might have to turn to you for my own invites. Erin, Congrats, their beautiful!!!
  19. I'm curious to know, did anyone arrange for any activites or excursions for their guests before the wedding? I'm thinking of providing them with info about the local activities available but how should I do this. Is there a website or a telephone number that I can post on my wedding website for guests to use that will provide them with all this kind of info? Thanks
  20. Wow! I'm so happy I finally vented about this annoying question I had. Everything you guys have commented leads me to believe that maybe a paper RSVP is not even worht it. I think I'll stick with my original plan. I'll just have guests RSVP through my wedding website, and than depending on those "Yes's", I will send out formal invites. Some people are good with returning RSVP's through the mail, but I guess others are too busy to send them back. Thanks for all of your posts on this matter
  21. How did you, or are you, going about telling guests about an RSVP Deadline? Does the deadline have anything to do with their final payment on their trip, or is it just for letting the bride and groom know if they ARE or NOT attending the wedding? My wedding website has a section dedicated for an RSVP already, should I make up a convenient DEADLINE and post it there? Also, I've sent out about 40 STD's. Now whoever replies with a YES, those people will later recieve formal invitations, correct? Or am I now obligated to give formal invitaions to everybody that recieved an STD. I'm very confused with this. I thought if guests replied NO I WILL NOT ATTEND on the website than I would not have to count them in for formal invites....PLEASE HELP!!
  22. HEY! O.k., so I'd like to get my STD's out before the end of the wk. My only question is how do I address these things?? Fiance purchased a software from Staples recently that enables us to type the info onto a plain sticker I believe. Is this too tacky?? I'm only doing it this way because my handwriting sucks..lol. So, I need to know how to address the envelopes properly. Some of my guests are single, some married, some living together, some engaged and living together, some just kind of seeing someone..... Also, does anyone know of a better way to address the envelopes instead of going with a sticker Help!!!! I Don't know where to start. My apologies if this topic is covered on another thread. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
