If i had to do it all over again, I would hire a trio but I would probably hire a different one. How long do they play for? I hired mine for 2 hours. 2) We are planning on having a welcome cocktail party which one of the hotel bars would you recommend for a good atmosphere?? I did mine at Portofino and did the whole buffet and casino night...everyone loved it. But Tammy's right, if you just want a meet and greet cocktail party, I think Rendevous is best. Any input would help, THANKS!! Kristi I hope this helps. I got married at Dreams last October, so if you have any more questions, you can always PM me.

Not sure how to plan it. Did you feel your agenda went well and you stayed within your time frames? Great planning on your part, btw aamazing job. Kathy Hi Kathy, I thought our timeline was good. We have a big family, so what took a long time was the group formal pics with them after the ceremony. I didn't see John either before hand. We totally missed our cocktail hour, but I knew that was going to happen. We were behind ~15 min.. I wish we had more time to take couple pics but, like I said beforehand, our formal fam pics took so long. Having a schedule and making sure everyone is on the same page (vendors and wedding party) really helps out a lot. I think my favorite has to be the table numbers with your dog in different places sooo cute!! And I love you dress! I love it all actually!! I feel bad my dog can't be at the wedding since we are doing a cruise wedding this was such a good way to still involve yours maybe I can do something like that, thanks for the idea! Thanks!
  4. I really love how he captures weddings. We really wanted to book him, but his prices were out of our budget. We decided to splurge on our photographer instead.
  5. Hi Mary! I'm filipino and was thinking of doing this too, but the officiant that I had at Dreams suggested that if I do include them, the ceremony would be a bit long. It was so hot that day, that I'm glad our ceremony didn't go beyond 30 min. I don't have any regrets I didn't do the cord, coin and veil tradition. I wrote our ceremony and we each wrote our own vows, so it was very special and meaningful all the same. Hope this helps!

I was scared it was going to be too dark, but it ended up to be perfect. Quote: Originally Posted by cessyboston So so beautiful.. Wow your pics are amazing.. 7. Here's the youtube link: YouTube - Wedding Slideshow: Leia & John. I loved how Sam edited all of his footage to tell "our story". However, I did ask him to change a few things...and he was more than willing to do so. He was so gracious and understanding about my comments/opinions. I highly recomend him. He wants all of his clients to be happy, and will even re-do the video if you want to change anything.
  8. Everything looks beautiful! But I lOVE your dress!!!
  9. You look so beautiful Sarah! Great Job Tammy!
  10. Dang Alyssa...you and K make one hot couple! Hawaii is truly the perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding. Congrats again girl!!!
