Christine - if you're not having any pain or anything, just let it resolve on it's own (it's a sub-conjunctival heme - they can happen spontaneously or from straining, i.e. throwin up, bowel movement, lifting something). It's basically a bruise on the white part of the eye & it can look uglier before it gets better. If you're having any discomfort, use a cool compress. They don't have any type of drops to clear it up. (edited to add - I am an ophthalmic technician / photographer for a large ophthalmology group in my area).
