ladies - i just wanted to post and let you all know that when i was planning my wedding i had to deal with a similar situation - my wedding location was cancelled due to reasons out of my control and we had to scramble and re-plan, re-book and re-do almost everything here is the thread http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t17979 while it was VERY shocking and upsetting - it only took a couple of hours before DH and I realized that everything happens for a reason and it was not the end of the world - that whatever we wound up planning / finding would probably be even better (and it was) and the way it was meant to be. i know that while you are going through this it is hard to keep perspective but i hope i can serve as a reminder that what really matters here is how you and your FI get through this -as a team, a couple, a partnership. and that as hard as it may seem right now, don't let the bitterness or anger take over - the better your attitude is, the more good things will come to you! xoxo alyssa

Rather, if you have something mean to say, say it in a private message or bite your tongue. Stress creates poor judgement, and stress can be cured by support. So lets all be friendly and kind with eachother, though, sometimes we may not want to HAPPY PLANNING!!! huh? sorry i am not biting my tounge on this but what?? what made you feel like you have to give us all a lesson in etiquette? pretty condescending and ironic LOL

I spent $1000+ my "normal routine" stuff is: manicure every week pedicure every month facial every 3 months bikini waxing every month lipwax every month eyebrow waxing every 2 weeks haircut every 3 months i added in a facial every month alternating microdermabrasion / gallvonic current for 5 months up to the wedding more manicures and pedicures on as needed basis had my hair cut 1 month before wedding add clear Aveda glaze on hair 2x before wedding had multiple hair blow outs for hair trials bought a bunch of new makeup bought p90x and some equipment to go with it spend up girl - it can't hurt

i would do the all pink or all white - i think mixing the colors will be way too busy with everything else you have going on. i like the all pink roses! so pretty

so the console doesn't come with a remote?

Ladies, I am dying to get Wii and Wii Fit but really confused as to what I need to actually buy? for all of you that have the Wii Console and the game what do you need to buy?? I looked on Amazon and saw the Console (approx $250) then the Wii Fit game ($89) then there were remotes and fit play packs and all this other stuff? i just want to know what we need so i can start budgeting and saving up for it!! What about talking to your Aunt & Uncle and letting them know you are really stressed and worried about your Dad's reaction but understand they are in a difficult situation. ask them to do the following -- if they feel that they 'have to' invite him, let him know that he must contact you before the party so you can have a conversation and it won't be sooo awkward?
