    Shelly - can you just plan my wedding for me because I love ALL of those pictures! I swear, it's going to be a sad day for starfish when I get married because I want to incorporate them into everything. The only exception is that, like you, I think I want to find a beautiful shell for the rings. I love these for place cards And these would be great favors because FI and I love wine, but we have way to many guests to be able to afford them

    Thanks Kashmira! I was actually just reading through the "show us your dress post" to get dress ideas and I read through your whole story with the ML dress. How stressful! Long story short, I love your dress and wish I could afford it. It looked so beautiful on you Priscilla of Boston is having a trunk show this weekend, and I am trying to decide whether its worh going. I am not "in love" with any of their dresses, but I hate to miss out on a bargain...

    That's def not a stupid question at all, especially considering some of the rediculous rules some of these resorts have! The truth is, I haven't asked if I could bring in my own cake, but I plan on bringing in a good amount of food for guests with dietary requirements, so I figured one little cake won't hurt That being said, a wedding cake is included in the price of my reception so it's not like they are losing out by letting me bring another cake in...

    Thanks Sol! I am heading down to RM next week for a site visit so I will ask around. Maybe I could stop by the bakery and do a "taste test"... of course I would have to taste at least 10 cakes just to make sure I find the one I like (hehe).
