  1. Hi! I am getting married on the Tulum side. I had a lot of info emailed to me, however my email account was cancelled w/o any advance notice to me and I lost all my info... What exactly where you needing help with? I remember some of the things that were in the emails, just not a whole lot.
  2. It is Ryan International. I was already planning on dividing stuff up, but this is gonna be rough.
  3. Someone posted on here that the airline we are flying on to Cancun has a very small weight limit....44 pounds combined weight of 2 checked pieces!!! Not per bag like most airlines. UGH!!! I hate to ship all my wedding stuff before we get there, but I just may have to. This worries me! I sent an email requesting a rate on overage and hopefully we can work with that.
  4. Whew! I just found this: First piece: Not to exceed 62 inches...up to 44 pds Second piece: Not to exceed 55 inches ...up to 44 pds The total weight of both bags may not exceed 88 lbs This is on Ryan International though.

As the bride, I'd have trouble with it. OMG...We are flying Ryan. Guess I need to get the pricing on overage. There is NO way I can stay under this weight limit!!! UGH!
  6. My invitations only needed one stamp each and I wasn't charged anything for the hand cancelling.
  7. My best friend is a wedding planner and has the PO hand cancel all the invites she sends out for her brides...so she told me to do the same for our STDs. A few times she has hand cancelled invites herself because the PO workers give her a hard time. She just asks for the red stamp and stamps them herself. I rec'd her STD and invite when she got married last year and they were fine...not run through a machine or anything.
  8. My old email account is no longer working....I lost my confirmation from Jazmine and all the pictures she sent me! I need to email her again, can one of you please give me her email address?
  9. Hmmmm.....Ours is "Beach Chic" whatever the heck that is. lol We have this on our wedding website. We are not going to actually tell them what to wear...but I guess a good way to do it would be to put it on a website. Do you have one?
  10. Me! I am getting married at GBP-Tulum next July. Welcome to the board!!!
  11. Thank you ladies! I need to apply for mine and dont have my marriage license. I have no idea where it is though. I have the divorce decree though!
  12. I have a quick question for those of you getting remarried (and already have or have applied for your passport). When you applied for it, did you need to take your first marriage license or divorce decree with you to show why you went from maiden to married name? My mom just applied (and got hers in less than a month!) and all she needed was birth cert., s.s card and drivers license....nothing else. Thanks!
  13. I am using them. My best friend is a wedding planner and this is her favorite invitation vendor! Good luck!

  15. Lisa! You looked smokin' hot! Those pictures came out really well! I have always heard not so good things about the photographers at the resorts, yours look great though!
  16. You probably made the right choice! You probably wouldn't have been very comfy with the girls hanging out in all their glory! Ha! I am kinda modest, so less in more in my book....plus it looks classier!
  17. You did an awesome job, Juan! And, Natalie...you look hot!
  18. According to one of my best friends that is a wedding planner, aqua and red together are the new black! Of course black in a wedding may not be good, but ya know what I mean!
