Pretend like you feel dizzy then pretend to pass out. Just fall down or something...make sure you land on your stomach so that your face is down and they can't see you smiling (I probably couldn't keep a straight face while pretending to pass out). If that doesn't work, I say you are screwed.

Okay Gina called me earlier! The blessing of their marriage was private with just their parents and a few friends that happened to be in town (it was Easter weekend) and it was on a Sunday after Mass. I hope that answers your question? Let me know if ya want me to ask her something else!

That's a good question! The same friend I was referring to earlier had her wedding blessed, would you like me to ask her how it was done? I don't think it would be too much different from church to church.

Wait...we ar going to be godparents to one of my best friends babies but she isn't even pregnant yet (she is very ummmm anal and is a wedding planner so is a planner by nature and yes, she already has this all planned out)...so obviously we would be getting married before the baptismal. We planned to get our marriage blessed, is getting the marriage blessed okay if we want to be future godparents? Does this make sense? Sorry about the threadjack....I think the blessing can be very private with just the 2 of you and you should do it whenever you want, I don't think it should be before or after your AHR, but when you feel you should do it.
