So I know today is the "Take a Day Off" challenge, but I missed yesterday, so I had to make it up today! I love these challenges! And I've lost 4 pounds so far in the last week & a half! Woohoo! Jen, being sore is great! That means you're working hard and being sucessful, although it sucks to be really sore that you don't/can't move! Keep it up and your body will adjust! Keep it up ladies!

Dear Self: Awesome workout this morning! 450 calories! I am so proud of you, and working out has now become a habit and you don't dread it anymore, nor do you make up excuses! Now you can go to the game and not feel guilty that you didn't work out! Just stay away from the chicken fingers & nachos! And way to go on the 4 pounds you've dropped already! You'll make the 10lbs goal by the wedding no problem! Keep it up!
