    go to alli ?weight loss program for healthy weight loss you can register for a free trial version which give you access to all the web features, you put in your stats and follow the "plan" which will lay out how many calories/fat you need to hit for each meal. there are also some awesome recipes, and they will even put together a full weeks meal schedule for you along with a shopping list

    i got our invites from Invitation Consultants Wedding invitations, bar / bat mitzvah invitations, birthday party invitations, baptism invitations, wedding invitation wording, corporate invitations and holiday cards. they were REALLY reasonable and really easy to work with.

    I really like the look of these. clean and elegant. I presonally would change the wording before your names... if you do a google search for wedding invite wording you will find more options than you would ever need.

    I have a roller too! Only he picks things that he things smell good to roll in. His all time favorite is digging his snout throught the clean laundry to find the dryer sheet. Then he takes it to a safe place, lays it down and proceeds to roll, and roll, and roll until his whole body smells like a dryer sheet. Crazy guy!

    hi girls. i just wanted to let you know that I've been doing the Alli diet (without taking the pills) since Sunday. And I've lost 2 lbs so far. I am totally amazed by this diet. It's so easy, and I don't ever feel unsatisfied. just wanted to let you all know that the diet works by itself as well!!!

    on no! i feel you on this. i ordered STDs with the wrong date! It wasn't until my mom's friend looked at them and said "I thought they were getting married on the 2nd?" some how FI, and I and my mom and dad managed to miss the date! at least you only paid for shipping though... so that's not too bad!

    cups, from my previous experience with them... which was 10 years ago! are just like the cups of a bra, but no underwire. 10 years ago I had NO boobs to speak of, so cups were fine. But now that I have finally grown some boobs, I'm not sure that it will be enough support.

    I made my 1st alterations appt today and I neeed "everything you will wear under the dress" well, so far it's just me under that dress! I don't have anything. And of course I have questions! Do you wear a "slip" of sorts under a wedding dress? Cups versus bra sewn into the dress. Would love feedback from anyone who's had either. I would prefer cups, but not sure it's enough support. Not that the girls are huge, but they need support. Do cups provide support? Help! Oh, and if you have cute wedding undies I'd like to see them! (does that sound wrong?! ha!)

    i would wear mine, if it was the right setting. our AHR... if we get forced to have it, will be outside in the summer in MN. muggy, muggy, muggy, so I would not be wearing the dress!
