I also ordered from Dori Ann's and had the same experience. I was in contact by phone with them until the day my invites arrived. They are so nice and helpful, I would definitely order from them again!!!

I am getting our cake from Jennifer Hatton. Jennifer Hatton "The Dessert Diva" · The Fantasy Wedding Cake Specialist of Los Cabos Although I haven't tried any of her cakes yet, she is great at communicating via e-mail, has good prices, and has some great reviews on here from others who have used her.

A lot of our guests who are not staying at the Cabo Surf Hotel have booked condos through VRBO. We also have a few at the Sheraton, Westin and Hilton, because they wanted to use hotel points.

We are getting married there in November, and we have the whole place rented out. Armando, who handles the weddings, is awesome and will be able to help you out with it. It is small, so it feels like a private villa, but everyone can stay there. It is the best of both worlds!

AHHHHH! I just got a quote from maye for $125/hour for speaker rentals. This seems very high. We would just bring down one of those docking stations, but I don't think that it will be loud enough for 70 people. Has anyone else gotten any quotes for renting speakers in Cabo?

Has anyone tried Blurb | Self publish with free BookSmart software for Windows or Mac for a photo book? I have never made a photo book, but would like to try, and I had read some reviews of Blurb on the internet. I had never heard of Shared Ink until now, but it sounds like this may be the way to go. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this Blurb site.

I just spoke to Armando at Cabo Surf Hotel and there is a woman who runs the spa and also does babysitting for guests. They are charging $10 USD per child per hour.

I was also looking into using them for rentals...linens, etc. I have had a very hard time hearing back via e-mail...I am planning on trying to meet with them when I go down in July for a planning trip. I will let you guys know how that goes.

We are thinking of trying to hire a babysitter for any of our guests who bring their children down (we are having an adults only reception). Has anyone done this? Does anyone have any contacts in Cabo?
