I wasn't an original member, but I joined in January 2007 just before our wedding, and I've never posted on another forum since!!! I can't believe how much the forum has grown just since I joined - it's crazy! I was almost one of the first Las Caletas Brides (I can't remember - I know there was Alli and Maura before me, but I think I was almost one of the first! - Ann would know better!) I love this board and I love how supportive and helpful everyone is of each other - it is truly remarkable! Lindsay

Yay it arrived!!!! I'm so excited - hopefully you like it! I got your package and I had to laugh when I saw the return address - I told my DH "I had Kris' name for the draw too - cool!" He thinks I'm crazy...lol I still have to post photos of my gift - I will do that tonight I promise!!! We just got home from holidays yesterday so I haven't had time yet!!! Lindsay

Hey ladies! I am officially on VACATION for 10 days!!! We haven't had a holiday since our wedding trip last February - so it's time!!!! We are headed to Radium Hot Springs in BC for 4 nights of camping and then on to beautiful Banff AB for 3 nights, then a stop in Calgary to hit up IKEA on the way home!!! Hope you ladies ALL have a very HAPPY CANADA DAY and a HAPPY 4th OF JULY (wherever you may be) and I'll see you back on July 8th!!!!! Lindsay

Yay! I got my gift from my secret Elf Lil'Paisley!!! Thank you so much Kristen for the stickers (they are the ones I've been looking for forever!!!!) I LOVE the locket and the pendant - and the "baseball cards" are too fun!!! I love everything so much! I haven't had a chance to take a picture of everything yet (we're heading out of town this afternoon on holidays and I've been super busy getting everything organized for camping), so I promise I will post pictures when I get home!!! To my secret elfster - I mailed your parcel yesterday It will be there in a week or so!!!!! ) Thanks again Kristen, your gift was awesome!!!

I only have 2 days of work left after today and then I'm on holidays!! I can't wait - we haven't had a holiday since we were in Mexico last year in February - so it's been a long time coming! We had the same setup (and wedding location) as Jamy and Rachel: and at night: We just did candles/rose petals as well - (wish we would have had more rose petals though!) and the BM boquets in vases down the table... Sorry for the bad pics - couldn't find any pro ones of these on photobucket... Lindsay

Hehe! I'm such a dork - I just got tickets to see Backstreet Boys when they come here in August!!! I think I'm re-living my teenage years - I wanted to go see them when they came the last time (oooh - about 10 years ago!), but didn't have a job, nor could I afford the tickets... now they are super cheap! I am excited!! DH is NOT so excited I have to see if I can find someone else to come with me! Lindsay
