Just thought I'd bump this thread. We painted strips and stars in Luke's room this weekend. Wow - was that A LOT of work!!! But it turned out so good and I'm loving the room even more. I will post pics when I get home tonight. We still have some things we need to do as far as painting and getting the changing table in there. Since my first shower is this week, James has actually started trying to get everything done. I ordered his name in these 10 inches letters. I should have them in 4 weeks. Well I was trying to prepare James for being my coach. We were talking about it the other night and he thought I was crazy. He keeps saying he will learn everyting he needs to learn in our childbirth classes....rofl... I wish you weren't in pain martha that totally stinks!!

ROFL!! We have a cafeteria down stairs in my buidling - - that's where i got the nachos. Not the greatest I've ever had, but the worked. They were actually pretty good for a crap-a-teria! Martha - I can't wait to see Noah's room/furniture!!

Yum - - those sound yummy. We have an steak resturant by our house that has lobster nachos...they rock!!!

Oh I had nachos with ground beef, melted cheese, pico, guaco and sour cream. It was the most unhealthy lunch EVER. But Luke sure loved it!!

Just James is going to be in the delivery room with me. He made it very clear he wanted to be the only one there. I told him it was a big responsibility and he needed to keep me focused and be a good adult coach if he was going to be the only one there. I honestly just want him there. I think it's something that I just want him and I to share. Oh and my mom hasn't even asked if she could be there. I think she knows it's not an option for her. Of course I want her there - just not in the room with us.

We start ours on the 16th. It's once a week for 6 weeks. James and I both are really excited about them. He was shockingly excited to go since he will be learning things he has no clue about. As far as insurance covering circ. I haven't even checked into it. I guess I need too.

I've also noticed it's becoming more difficult for me to sleep too, but I just lay there and keep trying to sleep since I have to wake up at 5:45a for work. I did tell my guys that I will be napping every afternoon after lunch. I went into the conference room yesterday and slept for an hour. It was great!!

Yes, I know. That's why I said you prolly won't take it. I know I wouldn't either. But you know....at least it's there if we need it.

I would totally obsess over the webcam too. I'm kinda glad they're not in there. I'm sure he will be ok. I could NOT imagine having to take my 2 week old to a daycare. Holy crap!! At least the service is there for the poor mom that has too. I'm freakin cause I will be taking him at almost 4 months. I've also been having crazy dreams...lol. I had a dream the other night the Luke stuck his face up against my stomach, and I could see his face through my skin. I was so happy I could see what he looked like. I'm such a freak!

I hated the thought of daycare too (I still do actually). My mom is at home during the day and keeps a little boy, which is ideal for me to just take him over there (about a 25 minute drive). BUT my mom is a gossiper and a litte dramatic and something inside just tells me to take him to daycare. There is at least a 6 month wait on all the daycares in my area. You might want to look into the church soon to be sure he will have a spot when you're ready. As for cameras. No there are none. But the baby room is in the front of the daycare with windows all around the room. So, the director can see in from the office and you can see in through the hallway that everyone walks down. So I know they won't do anything bad to him that someone might not see. Also, he won't be going until he is 4 months old. I'm on maternity leave for 9 weeks, then my mom will keep him until March 4th, which is when his spot is available. So it's not like I'm shipping him off to daycare at 9 weeks old.

martha - you can take Tylenol PM if you ever can't sleep again. It is on the safe list. If you're like me, you probably won't take it, and just suffer, but just thought I'd throw it out there

I bought 3 bags of chocolate yesterday to share with my office. It got everyone through the rest of the day - happy
