The best workout DVDs I have ever owned- P90X

We did yoga today, neither one of us ever do yoga, I never really liked it because I always felt bored. Well, bored no more, that was a tough workout! what's karaoke revolution? -

We split the cost of the set. We did Cardio party & Ab Jam tonight. It's a blast! I love working out at home. We can talk during the workout, workout on our schedule, & be as silly as we want. It's a little hard to fit 3 of us in the living room kicking at the same time, but we make it work. 4 would be a really tight squeeze. We do another at home workout I call "dance dance revolution circuit." It's a rotation of DDR, pilates & weights. I LOVE turbojam, I've bought it last year and love cardio party and the turbosculpt. We finally got P90X, I'm following the lean program and DH is doing classic, so we have 2 days that we workout on our own and the others we can do together depending on our schedules. I like P90X, but I didn't really feel like the cardio video was enough of a workout for me. There were a couple of parts that got my heart pumping, but I'm used to cardio workouts that I'm sweating and my hearts pumping throughout the majority of it. I think I might have to do some cardio on my own, maybe throw in a turbo jam video one day a week on top of P90X. I also love step classes. My old gym still has the classes, but the membership is too expensive, I'd love to find somewhere, where I could just take one or two classes a week. I also have a video called Amy Bento Hi/Lo Extreme, I think there are about 13 different workout combinations on the video, all different lengths, and its a fantastic workout, she does weights, plyo, some step type moves, kickboxing moves, etc... I would prefer something that's a little more fun- just not push ups and curls constantly, you know? I could def switch it up. I know what you mean about manly. I think the videos are good, but we're trying to really stick to the program for the 90 days, so working out 6 days a week, but I think I might have to stray a little bit to get more cardio. -

The dreams salad is sort of like a caesar salad, but I wouldn't really say its a salad, it was more like one leaf, It was more decorative than anything. We had the surf & turf for dinner, it was delicious! the per person charge is different depending if you choose gold or silver, but with the package its still 20 people. And yes, you can get a chocolate cake. I think I answered everything, but let me know if you have more questions. -
Congratulations Erica!! You've been doing so well every week and I love how you always stay motivated, it really helps all of us when we are able to motivate each other!

regular impatiens do need shade, they'll melt in full sun. However, there are also New Guinea Impatiens that can take quite a bit of sun, but just check them for your area because I'm not sure if it will be too hot or not. The only thing I don't really like about geraniums & petunias is that they look really crappy if you get the flowers wet or if it rains. The flowers will get all brown and yucky and you have to clean them a lot. try looking up scaveola (I think thats the spelling) they are pretty low maintenance and like sun and they're pretty. I like the zinnias & the vinca very pretty. also check out Dahlia's & gazanias, they're both really pretty, but just check to see if they'll work in your area.

I don't know what you hope to get out of a BOYCOTT? My location is beautiful, but provides a minimial level (virtually none) of communication before the wedding and charges $300 fees for EVERY outside vendor. I have to keep my fingers crossed that once I arrive things will go smoothly since I can't really talk to them beforehand AND I have to pay for my own uncle to officate my wedding, but that is the choice I made to have a lush, intimate property to myself and my guests for the weekend. I could have chosen something else but weighed my options. That is what you have to do too! As others have mentioned, not all resorts charge for vendors. And this is not Tammy trying to boycott EDR, its a lot of brides trying to ban together to make them realize that their policies are crazy and that there are lots of other beautiful places to get married that aren't trying to extort more money from their brides.

(Not sure I even feel comfortable with my after pic). Are we posting our pics here afterwards? Uggh what if I find a pic of me before I started when I am fully clothed? And then I'll put the same outfit for the after? To be fair I have no problems sending the pics to Ann or even sending them to anyone who PM's me but I don't feel comfortable posting my tub of lard for the entire Internet to see. OHHHHH, I am SO happy we're not posting our pics, I look horrible in mine and I really didn't want to post it here for the world to see. But once I get through season 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10, then I would be willing to post the pic when you can actually see a difference, lol! Do you want the bubble machine when I'm done?! One less thing to bring home! And seriously, when would I ever again need a bubble machine?! Lemme know! You may just need to bring batteries and extra bubbles to refill it. Jamie, that's a great list. Keep in mind that a lot of those plants are perennials, so they really won't do well being brought in the house for the winter, they're meant more to be planted in the ground and they'll come back every year. Most perennials also only flower at one time of the season, so they won't have flowers the whole summer. As far as pansies, they typically like a cooler temperature. For example, pansies are one of the only things that can go outside right now where I live because it's still cold at night. Usually if pansies get too much heat, they start to get really stretched out, so if you have somewhere you can put them that they'll get some sun, but it will stay sort of cool, that would be a good spot for them.

well, my dad owns a greenhouse business and I've been working there since I was old enough to walk. But we're on the east coast so I'm not sure my recommendations for what likes full sun here, would be the same for texas. Oooh, you know what plants I used to love when we were in Florida, Mandevillas! They have big horn shaped pink flowers and big green leaves and they are viney, so they have to have a stake in the pot to climb on. I know those grow in Florida, so they might be good. Bouganvilleas also grow in Florida and are very pretty, like the sun, they have paper like flowers, come in pink, purple, white, maybe even red. Keeping plants over in the house during the winter can be tough unless you have a spot where they're going to get a lot of sun. I wish I could be more help, I'll let you know if I think of some other things.

I was married in October and since thats a quieter time of year, I only saw one wedding each day, but I know this is a really busy time for them.

ROFL....NO, you don't have to wear spandex, I sure didn't!! I just wore a tanktop and some tighter fitting workout pants, the worst part was I had to take the pic myself by setting the timer, because I was alone, so the pic was pretty bad! -

I'm in again, since I have so much more to lose! I vote winner takes all, same as season 1, and why don't we just change the entry fee to $15 since that's in the middle, (I actually think I'm the only one that voted $15, lol) -

I was just curious if everyone is just keeping their total loss in pounds themselves? Sorry if i am sounding a bit confused. I was just curious how much everyone has lost total so far? well, we all weigh ourselves each week and take a pic of the scale to send Ann. I haven't been writing mine down each week, but I still have my original weigh in picture, so I refer back to that to see how much I've lost. But Ann probably has it as well, she keeps track of the percentages in her spreadsheet, so I think she has the total pounds we've each lost too.

we went to a wedding where you had to sing a song, I think it had to include the word "love" in it, so you'd see a whole table of people stand up and start belting out a song, it was actually pretty funny to see. I can't remember what our table sang. -

She's in TX and wanted to get drunk long distance, so we did! Like the good ol' days. I'm determined to start tomorrow off right. We're going to the gym at 6 before work (no more I'm too tired) and I've written a menu of foods for tomorrow. I need to expand it for the rest of the week once we get to the grocery.
