  1. it must be a guy thing because steve does the same thing to me, it drives me nuts! Why can't he give me his opinion when I originally ask for it, not when I've finally made a decision!
  2. I like garlic too, but I can't stand the taste in my mouth I feel like it never goes away! I'm the same way with onions! So I almost never eat either one, but really like them!
  3. looks like you girls had a great time!
  4. umm, I know I said last week that we needed to get back on track, and I'm so glad everyone else did, lol, but, I wasn't very good this week. I mean, I do try everyday to count points and watch what I eat, so I don't go out and just gorge myself, but sometimes when I get home I stop bothering to count my points, etc.. So I started again today, I worked out this morning and I'm going to be good this week! Melissa congrats on the 2 lbs!
  5. melissa, if you want a workout you feel sore from try cindy crawfords the next challenge, I was super sore, you just need small hand weights to do it and you can find it on ebay or on amazon. Also, I bought turbojam, definetly makes me sweat, doesn't make me as sore as cindy, which bothers me because if I feel sore I feel like I know I did something. I want to find a few more videos, so I can mix them up, because it gets boring with only a couple right now. anyone have any other good video suggestions?

I am trying to do the no carb, more veggie and protien type diet so I can be ready in a month. I don't think its the salad that causes you to bloat, from my experience with lo carb diets, I get very constipated, probably because I eat too much cheese and don't have any fiber. With that said, I really like lo carb diets because I'm a sweets junkie and on that diet I can't eat them. You can buy, I think its flaxseed, which is supposed to help you to not be constipated on a locarb diet, but I never tried it. Quote: Originally Posted by soulmates I was so bad this weekend. However, I did get up and do turbojam today, I've ate really well today and I'm going to attempt to do the treadmill tonight too, we'll see. BTW, Sarah, you are kicking butt with the exercise, good job!!! Keep up the good work, you'll be so happy with yourself on your wedding day!
  7. yes they are, thank you! We love them! FI was the one who wanted them, I'm like bloodhounds, I want a boxer, but he convinced me and they are such cutie pies, so sweet!
  8. I've used the whitestrips as well and even though I didn't really commit to the full 14 days I found they worked really well. I'm going to do them again, but I really need to stop drinking coffee, so they don't get stained again!

    Hola!

Welcome! We are having a small wedding as well and I worry too, mostly about the reception part, not being as eventful, but I'm not going to stress about it and just plan to have a good time!
  10. Thanks Sarah! Yes, lets just say it was interesting!
  11. I'd like to do a trip to isla mujeres while we're there and also cozumel
  12. Welcome Tina! Let us know if you need any help!

Shopping is a lot of fun there also. I just love the town, it is very cute and the people are friendly. I'm going back to Playa in June for the 3rd time. We will be there from the 9th-13th for my Bday (June 10). Have fun!!! Thanks Jaime, we'll definetly check these places out, it looks like a really cute town, so I can't wait to just walk around, shop, and hang out. Best way to get around!! Okay, thats good to know, thank you!
  17. Anny had a really pretty color aqua parasol that she was considering, I think it may have been from asian ideas, but not positive, but there are a lot of parasol threads on the forum, and I know she's posted the link several times, so you can probably find it in one of the other threads. I would find it for you, but I have no idea which one its in!
  18. courtney I was going to say too there are a lot of starfish on ebay, I was searching the other day, but haven't ordered any yet, but the prices weren't too bad, I think I saw sanddollars too
  19. I voted mango & white too, I love it! And I'm so glad you posted that site, because I love the fuschia ones!
  20. I have a bunch of different thank you cards at home and will probably just use those, I don't think it matters if they all match. But I do want to send a picture out since most people won't be joining us and we'll probably do the thank you picture in the sand, as well. I Just can't decide if we should make the picture into a card or just send the card and include a picture.
  21. Thanks Girls! Yes, I think we want to do chichen itza while our daughter is still there. Maybe we'll do tulum & xel-ha during our honeymoon. Melissa whats collectivo? taxi? bus? something else?
  22. Okay, so I've heard so much from so many people about things to do in cancun/riviera maya, that I have now confused myself and can't remember the things we should do. For anyone that has been there or is going there (we chose mexico for our wedding because neither one of us had ever been there) what are the things that we "MUST" do while we are there. We will be in cancun for 5 nights and our 8 year old daughter will be with us Then we will move to EDR for 5 nights without our daughter. We know we're definetly doing the ruins ( but there are so many, which is best) A few people mentioned Xel-Ha, Xcaret (are those the same?) I'd like to go to Playa del Carmen for a day, Tulum for a day, Yikes, we're never going to have enough time to do everything! Any advice??
