We put pricing on our website as well as the travel agents info so people could contact her to book or fly out of different location.

We put the information for our travel agent, but we also put pricing for all of the room categories.  I wanted our guests to know exactly what the cost was so that if they knew ahead of time.

We didn't do a wedding website so we just included the pricing on our travel agent's site.

    Great idea to put standard prices on so guests know roughly what its going to cost before they commit. It shouldn't be a taboo subject as everyone has to pay.

    I put price ranges, gave the TA contact info and listed that TA would match THAT DAY'S rates. We had the tA send out a flier with info as well. Now I don't have to field questions, I jsut say, "Hmm, can't remember, you'll have to check the website" haha

    @spjwedding  lol! I do the same thing with our website. I feel like the should at least look at it before asking me stuff that is clearly addresses. Of course, we have a few people that are older and don't get online much and I don't mind them asking me anything. But for the most part everyone is on their smart phones all the time so I dont' see why they can't check it out!

    We didn't put prices on our website, but I did put links of places to look at packages (expedia, orbitz, etc.) so they could get a rough idea that way

    We put prices on our site, as well as our TA's info. Our prices were just a few general prices so guests had a ball park figure of costs. Here is a link to our wedding website:
