Beautiful pictures!  Your dress was amazing!  I'm getting so excited, I know these last 3 months will fly past!

Oh trust me they will definitely fly by! Enjoy the process! Just be specific with what you want...I kept the cost very low and was very pleased with outcome!

Hello everyone,   my wedding is set for the end of july 2014!! Has anyone gotten their hair and make up done by the resort?? I'm trying to avoid the $800 vendor fee!!   Thank you all, Faye

Hi!

I used my resorts credits towards hair and make up at the resort. My mother and sister also did their hair and make up there as well...I must say they did a pretty good job. I was very nervous about it but I was pleased with the outcome...I believe you can use resort credits towards a trial run before your wedding day. good Luck!

Hi Brides!

Happy Holidays! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything I imagined and more! Mario Yam was our coordinator and he took care of everything! I had no worries or problems whatsoever. I highly recommend having your wedding at the Beach Palace Resort. I did the complimentary wedding package and received a free cocktail hour due to the number of nights/rooms our group booked. If you have questions please feel free to contact me...Happy Planning!

I attached some photos to show what the complimentary beach wedding package looks like...all photos were taken by my photographer at or right near the Beach Palace Cancun resort :)

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your wedding photos! You looked great! I am having a complimentary wedding at Beach Palace in December. I have a few questions, if you don't mind. Did your ceremony include a microphone/speakers so the guests could hear? Also, did you have any music during your cocktail hour? We were thinking of getting a Bose speaker to play background music or even dance music.

Hello!

The ceremony does include a microphone and speaker, so guests can hear the minister and your vows.  I avoided costs anywhere possible so I brought my own speaker to play music during the free cocktail hour.  They will charge you if you decided to use their speaker.  The music wasn't as loud as I had hoped (we we were on the beach and I had a little speaker)but we did our first dance and our guests enjoyed it and were able to hear our song.  Everyone still danced around and clapped along :)

Happy Planning!

Thanks! I am also trying to spend the least amount of money as possible. That's awesome that you were able to do your first dance during the cocktail hour! I was hoping to do that if we don't have enough rooms for a private reception. Which menu did choose for the cocktail hour? How was your dinner reservation for 30 people? Did you bring any decor with you? Sorry for all the questions! I am just excited to see another bride who did the complimentary wedding. I loved the pictures of how they set up your cocktail hour. The all white is so classic and clean looking.

Hi Everyone,

After months of reading reviews on here about Beach Palace weddings, we have decided to book our wedding here! So thanks to everyone who has posted wedding reviews / tips etc.

We are situated in UK so we will not get to visit Beach Palace beforehand but reading everyones reviews, it sounds like the Beach Palace is perfect for a wedding. We will book in April for a wedding at the end of May 2015 - is anyone else planning the Beach Palace for their 2015 wedding?

Looking forward to reading more reviews and hopefully posting on here when we have our wedding booked.

xxx

Anyone have pics of the complimentary ceremony on the beach or sky terrance that they offer now??

I saw somewhere said they had an old look...but had a newer one now I think..

Hello,

My wedding was in November 2013. I had the complimentary package. I liked the all white decor! If you go to my gallery on my profile you can see what the set up looks like on the beach.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
