This Sunquest situation definitely sucks, but I've seen this happen with dozens and dozens of airlines, it's not just a Sunquest problem... To answer a few of the other ladies questions, yes, they are totally allowed to cancel flights. Right up until departure. This situation happens all the time, whether your travelling for business, vacations or even weddings flights get rerouted, schedule changed, oversold and cancelled.

As TA's, we're pretty used to it and anyone who's been in the industry for a few years won't panic and will be able to sort you out right away. Super stressful when you're the bride, but a good TA should be able to liaise with all your guests and the airlines and smooth it all out.

That's what we are here for!!!

Thanks Ginger! This is good to keep in mind.  I know I would panic and lose it if I were in a similar situation.  I have full trust in our travel agent, hes been a godsend so far!  Now I can relax knowing if the worst were to happen we wouldnt be stranded.

But changing the week completely. eep. that really messes up a lot of people!  *crosses fingers and knocks on wood*

When I was last there (Mississauga, they had the "Happily Ever After" Ribbon, White with black writing with some sparkle to it. :D  Less than 3 weeks to go... I'm running around making my "Get to Know the Guests Pamphlet" "Itinerary" and finally the program (yes, this is super important but the wedding coordinator hasn't been very clear in what order the ceremony is or what kind of flexibility we have ie-readings or anything... trying to work that one out frantically.  Thanks.

As it is, the next month is just going to be nutty for us...buy a car, meetings with the ring designer, FI's birthday, engagement photos, first bridal shower...I haven't been to Michaels in a couple of months I think!  So can I ask a favour...if any of you are there and see the narrow ribbon with cute wedding words/sayings printed on in, would you let me know?  I would sooooo appreciate it!

I'm having the same issue right now. Trying to figure out the ceremony and timeing for our guests. I spent all day on the ceremony script thread and I think I've got it all figured out, just have to go over it with my FI and hopefully we hear somthing from the WC soon so I make the programs!
