Congratulations mochamakes3!!!! I can't wait to read your review!!! So exciting!

I am also starting my invitations. I decided to do passport invites with a boarding pass RSVP! I am excited to actually be able to start something since my wedding isn't until next June!

The MIB invites are ADORABLE!! I wish I was that talented! When is your wedding Merrylee?

My sister is making my STD/Invites for me and we are getting married in January and they haven't gone out yet!! Everyone knows about it that needs to know but I am just getting nervous about them not being sent out since it's getting so close to our wedding! How early are you having your guests RSVP? I think we are saying 3 months..

I sent out...Will you be my bridesmaid cards.  I got them from Etsy and I posted them in this thread a while back.  I didn't do anything elaborate as I am paying for their BM dresses as my gift.

On our website (which the STD refers them to) we have a RSVP link.  To date we have 33 RSVP's with 40ish attending. In addition, we our TA suggested that we have a "deadline" date for their first deposit so that we can get a gauge on whose going.  Although the "deadline date" is not a deadline..I hear people family, friends saying I'm calling Liz to do our deposit.  All that to say, we know that we will have late comers, but hopefully we can get a good count for "extras" and the OOT bags

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
