hi charmaine,

your flower girls dresses are fab! i love them! our colour scheme is purple and silver. the bridesmaids dresses are alfred angelo berry so are brighter then the lilac you have chosen. I hope the dresses are lovely when they arrive! let me know as I might order mine from there!!

 

also, i love mori lee dresses & would have most probably chosen one if i wasnt getting married in Mexico!x

How fabulous your friend has offered you the golf club  fingers crossed the price fits your budget.

Now you have the date set you can go full steam ahead.

You have lots of time to find the perfect dress dont be temped too soon you can probably find the dream dress at a bargain price with the summer and winter 2011 sales.Have fun trying on think how mant trips you can have ;) ;) xx

Awww charmaine i'm SO happy for you. Just reading your post you can tell your in such a happier place right now! It so nice to hear you so excited about the planning and chosing all the bits that will make your day perfect. The venue - what a result, sounds FAB! love the dresses they are so cute.... and as for dress shopping!! I hear ya! I could do it for a living. I love trying on wedding dresses! Enjoy and make the most of it, its such a special part of your planning! Its all coming together for you and sounds very exciting :o)

Woohoo I've just had phone call from my sons best friends mum to say they are able to come to Mexico for the wedding. So that's another 3 which makes it 21 of us so far :-) I've just told my son and he's running round the house screaming 'yes' think he's a bit excited! That will be him sorted on holiday!

WOW only been away for a couple of days & there is so much to catch up on.....love it!!!!

 

Roo - Sorry to hear you have been down....I know I will have the wedding blues for sure, I have already been saying to my friends I don't want the day to be over & we are still 4 months away.  I have just enjoyed planning & getting all excited so much I don't want it to end!!

 

Char - So happy that your plans are coming together & how lovely is that of your friend to let you have the venue for free.  Can I ask what ebay shop you got your flower girl dresses from?   They are lovely!!

 

Nicy - Edinburgh woop woop!!!! I need to still think about what I am going to do.  God I wrote another list last night, I swear everytime I do it it just gets longer everytime!!

 

Michelle I am with you on the boob job, I am just pathetic!!  Maybe we could do a buy one get one free what dya think?  lol ....I did my workout dvd 3 times last week & couldn't walk down the stairs the next day, legs were bloody killing me.....but hey no pain no gain!!!! :)

 

Well I have ordered our cake topper today, if any of you want something a little bit different there is an ebay shop called laceyling that do some fantastic ones.  Richard loves Superman so we are having Superman carrying Lois Lane it is really cute & just something a bit different than the usual.  They do so many different ones!!  There is even Shrek & Fiona which I am considering if I don't shift some weight!!  lol

just got in from zumba tonight, has anyone tried it? if not i really recommend it its so much fun and i am sure i will be in agony tomorrow! which is a good thing on the weight loss and tone up quest!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
