Wow, I am so sorry that this had to happen to you! Definitely need to sue their asses!!

You can try buy/sell section here...that is where I found my TTD dress. I just bought it last week.

Try David's Bridal, Macy's, JCPenneys and any department store.

That's horrible! These people had no right to mislead you into thinking everything was fine, but unfortunately, things like this do happen and businessess go belly-up all the time. I'm sorry that you were caught in the middle, but hopefully you will find a dress that you love even more. Good luck!!

I'm so sorry to hear this has happened to you, what a nightmare! I agree with the other girls, call the manufacturer, call a lawyer, then go shopping. I hope you are able to get your money back and find a dress you love in time. We will all be keeping our fingers crossed for you!

I am so sorry this happened to you! Definitely check with your credit card company (if that's how you paid) to see if there's anything they can do. I know some cc companies will do charge backs up to 6 months or longer after the purchase. Good luck.

Been there! http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...s-drama-13661/

The bridal store i ordered my first dress was in the process of going under. It was one of the most stressful situations ever. But the good thing was that I was able to get a bridal store who contacted the designer. And since I was rack size, the designer had them and I was able to get it in time. HOPEFULLY you will have similar success!

Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
