How does this look for a tentative schedule?

Recommended Posts

Guests are already asking me what type of activities I have going on! So I am thinking I need to post something on our website, I guess they want to know when to book flights and stuff. So I made this one, let me know if you think it is too much going on, not enough, etc:

Friday

Bride and groom arrive in Punta Cana!

Some guests arrive

Saturday

Majority of guests arrive

Bridal brunch (all female guests are welcome!)

Guys outing (TBD)

Meet up for group activity

Evening welcome reception

Sunday

On your own to relax or explore!

Rehearsal

Rehearsal dinner

Ladies slumber party

Boys night out

Monday

Parents breakfast

Ladies spa retreat

WEDDING DAY!!!! Please be at the ceremony site no later than 4:30pm (FYI wedding starts at 5pm)

If the majority of your guests are arriving on Saturday, I'd do your bridal brunch on Sunday.

And then I'd recommend doing a rehersal dinner or a welcome dinner. One or the other and give the other night to your guests to have dinner on their own or with you if they so choose.

Just my opinion.

Wow, that looks like an amazing schedule!!! What are you doing as an organized activity for the group? I am having trouble with that since people have different interests and I am not sure ahead of time who would be up for what activity. Did you ask your guests or just planned it and left it up to them whether to attend??

I also think you should have either a welcome dinner or rehearsal dinner. This is also a vacation for your guests and they might want a night to have dinner by themselves.

But other than that I think it looks great!

Well rehearsal dinner is only for the wedding party, I should have put that in there, my bad. So the welcome reception is for everyone.

As for the group activity, we are planning a scavenger hunt around the resort and a volleyball game! We did not ask what people would like to do, because with 30+ people's input it could get messy, so whoever is down to participate can.
