Nightmares

I have had the "ex" dreams ALOT. It's always one particular ex though, not even the most recent one! I don't know if I think they are similar or what, but they are both small and their parents are immigrants. But the most recent one was my ex came back and I was going to marry him, until I reallized it wasn't Matt and then I was freaking out like, who do I marry? When in reality, I would never marry the ex, which is why he's an ex! I had a ring and all from it, but i never officially accepted his proposal....

This is a trip, because I recently had a wedding dream too! I dreamt that it was my wedding day, the ceremony was about to begin and I wasn't dressed! I kept asking where my dress was and people kept saying it was arriving soon. I finally get the dress and keep trying to make it down the aisle on time, but different things were keeping me from arriving at the ceremony site! I couldn't find my shoes, they lost my bouquet, all my wedding guests were drunk, and my FI is standing at the alter wearing tacky jean shorts and a yellow tee-shirt with cowboy boots!

I felt a little better when I woke up because I realized that even with my FI standing there looking straight CRAZY, I still couldn't wait to marry him!

Last night's delightful encounter was that we flew to Jamaica on a private jet. Ryan almost did not make it on time. Then when we got to Jamaica, I realized I did not have any flip flops or sandals packed. Then I was going to look for shoes to by and went past my parents who were in a hot tub making out. ARGGGHHHH! So now I have been up since 0355. Love it!

Oh no, that stinks!!

I had a nightmare that Brian and I were in Russia. He had our baggage and we were waiting for the ferry. I needed to go to the restroom, so I went and he stayed with the bags. The line was super long and when I finally got in the bathroom I realized that there were at least 12 empty stalls. I was so annoyed. When I finished I went back to find Brian and he wasn't there. The whole dream was me trying to find him. I actually woke up at one point and made myself go back to sleep so I could find him. Luckily I found him! It was such a strange and scary dream.

Yari that sucks doesn't it? I've had those weird ones where you wake up a little in a panic and you can actually go back to sleep to make sure it finishes OK. How in the world does that work? Weird!

OMG! I am so glad I found this site.. I just told my mom I think I am going crazy. I keep having the worst dreams. The other night I had a dream that my Mom and i were at this house and we thought it was haunted because we got locked in this room and I was freaking because it was my wedding day. Well, it ends up that it was my EX. And he had "kidnapped" us. I was freaking out.. I finally got him to come in the room and I hit him over the head with a peice of the closet door I had broke off. Mom and I had to run to make it to my wedding on time but I was still in my PJ's when I got there. SO I had to get married in my PJ's and Ryan (my FI) never even questioned why I wasn't in a dress he just smiled when he saw me.

I actually had a weird one last night, but I know why (for once!) I've been really worried lately that my ring is gonna slip off my finger because I've lost some weight since we got it. It's no where close to falling off accidentally, but whenever I wash my hands I'm afraid with the water/soap combo it will just jump off and down the drain.

So anyways, last night I dreamed that I was in Disneyland in a pool? WTF, I think it was a ride or something. For some reason it was like a lazy river, and around the corner it turned into this impossible staircase you have to step down without being able to see the steps below, almost like they are tucked underneath, the opposite direction you are trying to step? With no railing. I remember this part freaked me out more than the main part. So as I'm in the top part of the pool, I was hanging on the edge and I set my drink down, and this guy runs up and says, "There goes your dog!" and points toward the impossible staircase. I pulled off my ring and put it in my drink cup so it wouldn't fall off when I ran after the dog. I see my dog up ahead, only it's this fluffy white thing instead of my little chi, Frank, and I go running after him. In the pool. Whatever. He jumps over the edge of the impossible staircase and I have to go after him.

I don't know what happened with that because fast-forward to the next morning (in the dream) and all of a sudden I'm in my house (except it's my Grama's old house from like 10 years ago) and I realize I don't have my ring on! I start freaking out and trying to remember where it is and what is Doug going to think when I see this red party-cup on the counter mixed in with the dishes. I go over to it and reach in and my ring is at the bottom, it was in a cup of beer! I had no idea how the cup with my ring in it got from Disneyland to my Grama's house cause that part of the dream didn't exist!

I can't wait for the real nightmares to begin sad.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
