Ladies with parties over 10 people, what are you thoughts on these restaurants?  I've heard some from Arrecifes and La Gondola, any other input?   Manglar ( International) up to 35 people Arrecifes (Brazilian) up to 35 people Palapa Delfines (Steak )up to 35 people
Bugambilias ( Mexican) up to 35 people Buffet & up to 24 people a la carte La Gondola ( Italian) up to 35 people buffet & up to 24 people a la carte
Palapa Barracuda ( steak ) up to 24 people ( w/set menu) Palapa Fragata ( seafood) up to 35 peope (w/set menu) El Caribeño ( seafood) up to 30 people ( w/ set menu)

We Fiance and I realized recently that a lot of our guests who said they were coming are know longer and because of that we will have less then 35 guests we believe. Has anyone used the semi-private dinner? I am just wondering how private it really is and if anyone still decorates? Any help is truely appreciated, I feel like I am in panick mode!!embarrest.gif

Our favorite restaurant was El Caribeno because the food was always delicious. We used our dinner reservation for a welcome dinner at Palapa Fragata and it was really yummy. But I would definitely choose one of the restaurants with a set menu unless you want to traipse around the buffet in your dress.

We held a private reception on a terrace for 30 people. It did not seem empty and we were able to decorate. I think for the groups they try to seat you off to the side so you're not in the middle and separated. You would probably just want to limit your decorations. You can have your cake cutting at the ceremony site too so that is more private.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
