Hi SKeller83 - I didn't use their photographer because that is something I wanted to splurge on. I saw some really horrible pictures from some other reviews and I wanted to make sure that we had really nice pictures.

 

I received my bridal bouquet from the resort and it was very nice.   I used the outside vendor because the outside vendor was significantly cheaper. I received my free bridal bouquet and ordered all the other flowers from Marvin. I think the flowers through the resort are very nice and more convenient. If I had the extra money to spend I would have gone through the resort. But Marvin saved me a lot of money.

We are at Moon Palace, getting married tomorrow. The resort is gorgeous. Would be nice if the wedding department hadn't lost my wedding dress. One last chance to find it tomorrow.

 

Expect not so great reviews from me on the resort's wedding department.

 

Wish me luck! (If I wasn't bloated from the heat and drinks, maybe I could get married in my white bikini? Maybe not...)

OMG! Thats horrible, can't believe they lost your dress!  I get married this coming Saturday at Moon Palace! I'm supposed to give my dress to my coordinator  when I meet with her, now I'm scared. What did they tell you? Please let me know. I hope they find your dress and best of luck!

Finally!! It's taken me about 2 weeks straight of wedding this thread, but I got through it! A BIG thank you to all the ladies that have posted and Congrat's to those brides who have gotten married this year at the MP. I feel as though I know all of you already.

 

My name is Kelly and I will be getting married on Dec 5, 2011. I just booked the wedding around 2-3weeks ago. Now after reading this, it looks like I have so much to do!

 

SChica - I am an Indian Bride as well!! We will be arriving in Cancun on Nov 30. How long will you be there after your wedding?

 

I am excited to be an active user on this site for the next 6 months. Hopefully, I can help contribute to the wealth of information provide on here.

Awesome!! I'll be at MP until Nov 29th... are you both Indian? Are you doing a traditional Hindu/Sikh ceremony? I'm so excitedd to have another Indian bride on this!!

Has anyone gotten bridesmaid bouquets from MP with nothing but Gerber Daisies? Bc I think there prices are really expensive and daisies are pretty cheap, so I was wondering if anyone used MP and has gotten a better price. :o)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
