    Hmm. This makes me think I should ship my starfish items ahead of time to avoid any surprises at the airport!

        god thats crazy. Now I'm worrying about starfish at customs. Good luck Let us know how it turned out!!

          I was wondering the same thing...If you ship them early to your resort in MX will it be okay??

                I wonder if it's all types of starfish, or if it's those taken from a specific area. It would probably be helpful to find that out.

                    Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. I haven't purchased any starfish yet but if there is a problem at customs, you can buy starfish replicas. I had my etsy seller buy me artifical starfish in there since I will hand carrying the kissing balls she will be making for me and I needed all artificial stuff.
                    They have starfish made out of resin and sand and also come in different colors. Ironically, they're a lot more expensive than real starfish but if customs are going to be a big problem and you really want starfish, you can go artifical.                       I hope this isn't a problem because I also planning on taking some to mexico!

                      Does anyone know about taking starfish decor through customs???? i want to purchase these and bring them with me to my wedding in mexico and am worried about customs in Canun...
