So my whole healthy eating and workout plan has been sabotaged a bit over the past couple weeks. I've been having unexplained, gnawing abdominal pain a couple times a day for 1-4 hours a time for the past 2 weeks. I've seen my GP and late last week went to the hospital the pain was so bad - they did pregnancy tests, blood tests and an ultrasound and everything was fine (which is good news...I guess) but still no explanation for the pain! So now I've been told to basically purge my system and eliminate any potential allergens - so I'm literally eating tomato soup, natural oats, apple sauce, baby food, jello, and select vegeatbles. No meat, dairy, eggs, nuts, oils, or processes carbs (although I wasn't realy eating any dairy or processed carbs before either!). Ugh! Still feel like crap.
So I'm losing weight but NOT in a good way...my goal was to tone, not lose weight but I don't have much control over this at the moment. I'm just so frustrated because when I have an attack it hurts like Hell, I have no idea what's causing it, AND my wedding is in less than 4 weeks so it's seriously bad timing!!!
