Hello ladies, here's this yummy weight watchers recipe I found and thought I'd share with the rest of you. It's very quick and easy.

Breakfast French Toast

- 2 slices low-cal bread (whole wheat/whole grain)

-1/2 banana mashed

-1 egg, beaten ( I did egg white)

- 1/8 C. light syrup (optional)- I used agave Sweetener

- Cinnamon

- Pam cooking spray

Blend/mix together egg and mashed banana. Spray pan with Pam cooking spray and warm pan over low/med heat. Dip the bread in the mixture (it will be lumpy) and cook bread in pan until done (golden brown color). Sprinkle with cinnamon and some syrup.

This will be my 2x's a week breakfast or snack indulgence, since i'm trying to maintain a low carb diet.

Lizk23 - I drink a protein shake immediately after my workout...best taken after strength/weight training as it is that type of workout that you're going to need to give your muscles something to repair themselves and tighten. I use Dymatize Elite whey protein isolate. Whey isolate is best as it is high protein, low carb, usually low sugar and should be a "complete" protein (meaning it has all or most of the amino acids to make sure you body can absorb most of the protein). In my opinion, stay away from protein bars...they are really not much better than chocolate bars just with some added protein (and never as much protein as you'd get from a server of powedered protein).

Great info!!

I use Myofusion right now but I use a combination of proteins sometimes.  Since I am a vegetarian I drink shakes all day since my options for protein are limited.  Mysofusion is a Whey Protein Concentrate & Isolate so some parts are fast absorbing while others are slower which helps me out throughout the day.  But right after a workout I usually try to take a fast absorbing protein (isolate) so that my muscles can repair themselves quickly.

Thank you ladies for the info! I'll have to look at both of those options. There's so many supplements out there it's hard to know which ones are ACTUALLY good for you. My fiance takes humapro but he just switched and started on it so he doesn't have a good or bad review for the product yet.

My advice, although i am sure others will give you their advice too.

LEG LUNGES...........when done properly KILL by thighs and BUTT, I cant walk.......

I recently started adding weight when i do my lunges.

At my gym I go in the Raquet Ball Court and go from one end to the other end 3 x now with 5 pounds in each hand.

I know there are a ton other exercises, but I like the Leg Lunges I feel them in my butt and legs...

Keep it up, and switch it up..........

Keep on,keeping on........LOL

I do exactly the same: lunges with weight. And my heart rate goes off the chart too, which means bye bye calories.

I sometimes think about what will happen after the wedding? Will I still be motivated? Or I will end up a fat married lady. LOL.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
