I'm definately going to contact her and find out about this, because on the package she sent me is the same as this but with no sparkling win celebration after the ceremony!  Ill let you know what I find out!

my color is purple..i haven't really decided on an accent color yet. which ones are you doing? Also, i'm having a hard time finding a long form birth certificate for B.C . Can anyone from here help me out?

Cassierose, when are you getting married? My colors are purple too (Eggplant) & Green... like an apple green.

 

You need to get in touch with vital statistics in BC, they will be able to provide you with a long form birth cert. You can order it online here..

Hi ladies!  I tired to post something last week but I don't think it worked through my phone..oh well...  anyway- welcome to all the new brides!  It is super exciting to have some new ppl on here!!  More people to calm my nerves and help me plan! Haha.  Also to soontobemrsdow...CONGRATS!! I can't wait to hear all about your wedding, I'm sure it was perfect!!

 

I just emailed Beverly a huge list of questions so in a month (lol) when she gets back to me I'll post her response.  Don't worry about not hearing from her girls, I think she gets pretty backed up with emails. If I don't hear from her for 3 or more weeks I usually resendthe email in case it got lost in the shuffle. The last time I tried to email beverly it took 3 months and 3 emails to finally get a response from her...agh! So we'll see how long this one takes.

 

I saw that someone asked about the cocktail hour.  We are getting married at 2:30 and since we have the champagne toast and cake after the ceremony we thought it would be a waste of money to do the cocktail hour.  Instead we will have the toast, cake and then tell people that they have x amount of time until dinner to freshen up, grab a snack or whatever they want to do while we take pics.  I can't believe how much the cocktail hour costs when the menu wasn't even that tasty!  I wish we could spend some money for late night munchies instead haha!

 

I heard from my ta that the construction at the resort is completed and that they opened a new restaurant and updated some of the rooms...so good news for all of us!!

I assume this means the decorations at the gazebo - I think they wrap some tulle around the posts in your wedding colors...  just my assumption though!

akua420- we sent our birth cert's about 3 weeks ago....scanned and emailed the originals. Beverly told us that this is ok. 15 more days for us until we leave..... eeeek!!
