  1. Almost forgot about my favorite thread on the forum! Finally have our pro pics, so yay- it's my turn! I obviously couldn't pick just one... smiles after our first kiss sneaking a glance and smiling about what just happened while our siblings sign as our witnesses My mom and I right after the ceremony, trying to tell her not to cry! Trying to escape the waves rushing through the boards while taking pics at sunset haha! Loved these adorable kids that came rushing up to us at a local fishing village while we were taking pics
  2. Congrats Dragonage, yours pics are wonderful and I'm so happy to hear your day was so perfect! You look so happy in all of your pictures!! Tekeya- yay! your big day is so soon!!! I hope it's everything you've been dreaming of! Can't wait to hear about it when you return.
  3. No, all our guests had chicken and hubs had beef bc he has a nut allergy, I had veg option bc I'm a vegetarian most of the time lol (couldn't resist that jerk chicken at the beach snack hut though!) My sis also had the beef bc she is preggers and didn't eat chicken right now.they were pretty flexible.
  4. We had the squash and thyme soup, caprese salad, chicken, and tirimisu. It was all really good and our guests enjoyed it a lot. The only disapointing part was prob the caprese salad, when I think of a mozzarella and tomato salad I think of fresh mozz...this was alternating slices of tomatoe and mozz (like sandwich cheese...not fresh) on top of really thinly sliced lettuce, like the kind you would again put on a sandwich. It all tasted really good, it just looked kind've...cheap I guess compared to how nicely everything else was presented. Guests told me they wanted to eat that soup every day and they were really impressed with the chicken. My husband had the beef and it was amazing, it came on top of essentially a tater tot lol..it was like a breaded mashed potato thing...omg it was so tasty. And I had the vegetarian Mousaka which was amazing, I wanted to take my leftovers home with me in a to-go box! The tirimisu was soo creamy and good and the way it was presented was so pretty. Hope that helps!
  5. I forgot, your back up plan I think is to get married in the lobby or on the terrace but not positive about that.
  6. Yes The resort is definitely big enough for a huge group, but your only reception option Would be to rent out a restaurant which is $2500 plus additional for bar setup (I think $22 per person)
  7. I'm surprised your cake went missing! They brought us ours along with a bottle if champagne and left it in our room after the wedding.. They didn't give us our cake topper but as we were leaving chandlyn returned it to us, so you just have to ask to make sure you get everything back. If you are really concerned about losing things, I wouldn't take things with you that you will be upset over not trying back bc it's just not with the stress, not to mention everything is so beautiful there, you won't even notice that you didn't bring a certain decoration...just a thought! Dont start over stressing now ladies, just go prepared (Ibrought drawings of the table set up and had everything labeled when I gave it to her, maybe that helped it go smoothly?) bc you will just spend the next x amount of days worrying yourself to death! You are all going to have amazing weddings!! plus hiccups asking the way just make for memories later on...did I ever mention that bc of the humidity and rain, my fiance ripped his pants minutes before our first dance? I'm taking knee to xx along the inseam but nothing we could do about it so we just laughed and kept on having a great time!
  8. Espejo2be , I'm so sorry to hear that your wedding day didn't go as smoothly as expected But at least you will have beautiful pictures and you married the man of your dreams!!! Can't wait to see your pictures!!!
  9. Thanks everyone! I am so thrilled with them..can't wait to see the rest Quote: Originally Posted by JayKay I noticed that during your ceremony you stood on the closer level rather then going into the middle of the gazebo. We figured this would be better bc everyone would be able to see and hear everything and we were worried that we would be too far away and ppl wouldn't be able to hear us. Thanks! That's one of my favorites too. I honestly don't know where exactly it was, it was just this little row of pretty much shacks alongside the road right on the ocean and my photographer had noticed when she drove by the day before that they had boats on the ocean so it was like a little fishing village. They sold conch shells out front and we just walked around to the ocean. We had a cab driver named Michael at the resort, if you can get him he might be able to take you there. It was maybe 10 mins west of the resort. When we were getting pics near the boat all of sudden all of those kids came running up the coast in the ocean towards us, and then we asked them to come get a pic with us. It was so cute!!
  10. I couldn't wait to share this with you girls! It's a preview from our photographer, I love it!!! I keep looking at them over and over lol http://www.laurietennentstudio.com/shows/trevorandmegan
  11. I had gotten both of those quotes before as well, but when I got to the resort, armed with allllllll of my emails, Chandlyn had all the prices correct and there had been no need to fret But like GreatBritain said, never hurts to double check!
  12. Everything held up really well except for the lillies. I wasn't surprised though, I didn't really understand why they would put them I'm a bouquet when it's 90 degrees out! But everything was beautiful, and they delivered on time. My bouquet wasn't really like the pic I had sent them that I wanted but it was still pretty and very tropical which I liked.
  13. My flowers from Jans were $400 and included my bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, grooms bout and 4 additional bouts plus flowers for my hair and both bridesmaids hair, 2 wrist corsages for the moms, flowers for my cake and loose flowers for one table. the bouquets and wrist corsages were roses, orchids and lilies and the bouts and other flowers were all orchids.
  14. hi girls, here is some info that might help some of you with the time issues etc... -I know some ppl are planning on having their reception at the disco at 11... It is a lot of fun, but just a little warning, it is VERY Loud and pretty dark and it's not super huge. I know my friends and I had a lot of fun there but none of my parents or any older guests went to the disco, I don't really think they would have enjoyed it. But it depends who the crowd is that you will be taking there. - for the 'semi private' dinner...I know that the wedding coordinators tell you they don't allow music etc... but if you have your own ipod dock or whatever to play music, I don't see any reason why you couldn't have your first dance there. I wish we would've had a dinner playlist prepared bc it was silent when we got there (and there weren't any other ppl dining yet) so we asked them to play music. However their speakers have a mind of their own and it would go to silent to very quiet italian music to super loud ridiculous opera music blaring..it was really silly. But if you don't have anywhere else to do your first dance I def think you could get away with, plus the wedding coordinators only stopped in briefly to let us know the gazebo was set up, otherwise they weren't there. I wouldn't be able to get along with lots of dancing in there but one or two slow dance songs would prob be fine. -for renting the gazebo, as far as I understand if you do not pay for the dj, you must bring your own stereo to play music. There are plugs down there but I would recommend bringing something that can run off of batteries, as they do turn the lights off at 10:45, so if you want to stay down there any longer, you need to have something battery powered. -someone had asked what size paper lanterns I used and I used 8" lanterns and I got them from Luna Bazaar. - Also- for first dances, I think you would be able to have them right after the ceremony if you didn't have another place to do them. - If the gazebo is rented on your wedding night, you can either rent a restaurant, the disco, or you could easily get everyone together at the terrace/lobby bar. If you can have a few friends head up there a little bit in advance to get some tables together it would at least give everyone a place to hang out. THere is live music up there every night and the terrace bar opens at 6-11. When my group was there there were a few nights when 25 or more of us would meet there before or after dinner and just get tables together and hang out. It was always a good time and you can request songs for the band to play, another option for your first dance. -for the long times between ceremony and dinner...seriously, don't stress about that! We had our ceremony at 2:30, stayed at the gazebo until 4 drinking champagne, eating cake and getting pics taken. Then we headed out into the town for pictures and no one complained that there was time in between. Our dinner didn't start until 6:30 and it really wasn't a big deal at all. It's a huge place so ppl can def entertain themselves. If you want a place for ppl to meet, they can all head up to the lobby bar and hang out and get drinks. Or just let everyone go cool off in the AC of their rooms (a lot of ppl did that bc it was so hot during the ceremony), also if they are hungry the main buffet restaurant is open until 3:30 or the beach buffet is open til 5 or so. -THe disco is called Ska Disco, for those who were wondering. JayKay- for my pink and orange I brought with me just a few extra chair sashes and table runners, but I'm pretty sure they used their own decorations for the gazebo bc I don't think I would've had enough orange to put up there but who knows...they never charged me for anything. I would just bring a few extras and I'm sure they will handle the rest. I bought my fuchsia satin chair sashes (which I used for table runners on top of the wider orange organza runners) from www.save-on-crafts.com and my fuchsia and orange organza sashes and runners from efavormart.com. -AirJamaica- my aunt and uncle flew from Philly and they loved their flight, no problems with anything and they had an awesome flight that got them there at 8:30am! (everyone else arrived at noon) -for the birth certs, I ordered copies from the state for my husband and I and brought them along, they were pretty much just like originals since they were from the state so we didin't need to worry about notorizing them. I don't know how much it costs to notorize them but the copies from the state were only $10/copy. Just a thought! Chandlyn really didn't look at them, I pulled them out and she said 'oh you have originals! you're fine' and also didn't even look at our passports, she just told us that she trusted us. -ok I hope I covered everything! Good luck everyone, I'm sure your weddings will be so perfect! Ps- here is one of our 5 free pictures from the resort photog...def the best one (he doesn't know how to deal with the sunshine, they were all super overexposed, so we realized how great it was that we brought our own photographer)
  15. hi girls, I bought a bunch of lanterns of all sizes but after I read on here that they might not put them up, I only brought with me a few small lanterns and asked them to put them on the light posts along the walk way. But, when we showed up they had put them in the gazebo. It actually wasn't what I wanted, I originally bought the lanterns for them to put in the gazebo during our evening reception, not the ceremony. But, it looked pretty and I was so happy they put them up for the reception as well. At the end of the night we just ripped them down and tossed them bc they were a little moist from the rain that night. One tip- I brought the lanterns as well as fishing line to string them up with, I never got that back (not a big deal) but I'm thinking that may have helped a bit with them putting them up. I bought the lanterns and paper luminaries from lunabazaar.com and the electronic tea lights for the lumiaries from ebay. The gazebo rental without DJ or Bar was $250. With DJ, it would've been $500, and bar is $22 per person or something like that. With the free package you are supposed to get the bride and grooms flowers, but since we bought our flowers from Jan's, they instead gave us a centerpiece which was used during the ceremony and the dinner. It was really surprised how pretty it was! Hope this helps!
  16. Thanks!! I'm sure everything will be perfect for your big day, it so soon!!!!!! We brought our own photographer with us, her name is Laurie Tennent from Birmingham Michigan. I can't wait to see her pictures, I'll be sure to post them once I get a few!!! I've heard good things on here from other brides who used Merrick Cousley though, I'm sure he will be great!
  17. Thanks everyone for the congrats! It was such an amazing day! I'll attempt to answer some of the questions.. Exquisite02: -as far as the decor goes, I brought with us pink and orange chair sashes, pink, orange, and white 8" paper lanterns, and pink and orange paper luminary bags with electronic tea lights to go inside. Chanldyn and Donnalee set up the chair covers and lanterns for hte ceremony and it was beautiful. After our wedding since there was one after us, they took everything down and then to my surprise set up the paper lanterns in the gazebo again for our reception. THey also put our luminaries around the outter part of the gazebo and along the inner step and a few alnog hte pathway leading up to the gazebo. I'll post the pics I have that were posted on fb, sorry I don't have any other ones. I originally wanted them to use the luminaries to light up the entire pathway to the gazebo, but it worked out better the way they did it bc ppl just cut across the beach to get there, so noone would have appreciated the pathway anyway. Plus, when the lights went out they provided just enough light to allow us to keep dancing! ceremony decoration gazebo at night, hard to see sorry! but you can see a few lumiaries in the front along the pathway and they they were put around the outter edge and along the inner part that raises a little bit table decor, we didn't get the package inclusive flowers, bc we went through Jan's so instead they gave us a centerpiece for our table and it was used on the table during the signing of the register. We brought with us the table runners in both pink and orange and they transferred the chair sashes from the ceremony to the dinner. We brought with us tea lights and the centerpieces which were photos printed on vellum and set up in triangles, everyone loved them. for the alcohol we got for the reception, we just stopped at a random road side store that our taxi driver took us to. His name was Michael and he was just a driver the resort got for us. Since we went all over for about 2 hrs, the trip cost us $10 pp and we had 16 ppl with us (not cheap! but totally worth it). I'm sure if you were just going to the store and back it wouldn't cost for than $20. We bought 4 bottles of wine and 2 cases of red stripe and they charged us in Jamaican, so I think it was just over $100 for everything. When the reception at the gazebo started our friend walked over to the lobby bar and paid the bartender $5 for a gallon jug of rum punch. Chanldyn set up the cooler or ice, table, and cups for us. We actualy had cups with us that were from our fav bar back home but they provided everything we would've needed. THe only thing we didn't have when we got down there was a bottle opener for the red stripe and a cork screw for the wine, but we got one from a bartender and returned it at the end of the night. If you want liquor, the resort sells it at their shops on site, we didin't trust our friends mixing their own liquor drinks lol. We borought our own ipod dock and just set it up once we walked over from dinner to the gazebo. My brother in law was in charge of it for the night and just made sure our first dance song came on when needed, other wse it played until the playlist ended. -Mahoe falls is about 20 mins away and it is $5 to play in the falls and $5 to tour the Coyoba gardens that are on-site. Mahoe was beautiful and I definitely recommend it! Our tour was through Lee's Tours and I set up everything in advance beofre we were down there. We had private transportation during the whole excursion and we went zip lining and to the falls and it was $62 per person. Everyone loved the tour and thought it was cool that we went into Jamaica and saw the mountains etc instead of doing a snorkeling excursion (our original idea). We were usposed to have had time to go shopping at Ohco Rios but we got stuck in traffic bc of an accident on the way to zip lining and didn't have enough time. Our excursion left the resort at 9am and returned around 3pm. and don't worry, your questions weren't rude at all! I"m happy to help. Ashley490- My hair literally didn't move until I went swimming that night at 2am! My hair never holds curl and whatever they put on it actually made my hair stay where it was supposed to and was mostly curled the entire day, I was super impressed. I didn't get my make up done at the resort, although they wanted me to. I used a tinted primer from Benefit and it was amaizng, even with the heat and humidity, my makeup looked great all day. I got it from Sephora and highly recommend it! As far as the excursion goes, read above and that should hopefully answer your questions, let me know if it doesn't! Here's a pic of Mahoe! It's the top portion, there is another part below about the same size. It was so fun and refreshing after the hot morning in the jungle zip lining to splash around in the falls part of the lower portion
  18. Hi girls I'm back!!! Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I've been so excited to share all the details with you all! So here goes... We arrived on Wednesday (our wedding was on Saturday). We got there one day before all of our guests which was really nice bc it gave us a chance to get familiar with the resort, which is HUGE! It's a really beautiful resort and we were blown away by it's size, cleanliness, and how such a big place with so many people there could still not feel overwhelming. The only issue we ever really had the entire time we were there was towels, but really no one cared. My parents never even got towels the whole week bc they were always out, but it wasn't that big of a deal, we shared and at the end of the week my husband (yay!) and I ended up with 4 extras! lol. I saw some ppl stressing about the reviews but honestly don't waste your time. The resort was amazing, the staff for the most part were always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Tipping certainly helps get better service though! It's amazing how a dollar here or there def goes far here. But you have to consider that the people working at this resort are prob making a fraction of what we do so I don't mind tipping, esp if it gets me good service. And, they work there butts off! You will see the same guys doing entertainment all day in the hot sun by the pool and then still up doing the entertainment at night til 11pm...it's crazy. The food was great, everyone that came with us said they were all really impressed with the food and the drinks were always flowing. Our room was beautiful, right above the lobby with a beautiful view of the ocean and the whole resort. We had 39 people travel to Jamaica for our wedding, it was incredible. Everyone told us that they had an amazing time and couldn't believe that we had found such a beautiful and fun resort. We made it a priority to greet each guest as they arrived so we spent a lot of Thursday in the lobby but everyone really appreciated seeing us right when they had arrived, especially after traveling from all over the US. And we were so excited to have our best friends and close family coming that we didn't mind at all. The only drama we had was that my parents missed their flight on Thursday. It was awful! Airtran wouldn't let them on their flight bc their computers crashed the morning they were trying to leave and they waited in line for over an hour to check their bags and then Airtran wouldn't let them on bc they had closed the flight. It was a fiasco, but they were able to get to the resort on Friday. I had a little breakdown after I learned my parents wouldn't be there for the first night but I calmed down and had a great evening with friends and family who had arrived. Thursday we met with Chandlyn and she was wonderful. Like everyone says, you really don't have anything to worry about. She has all your info in a file and you meet with her to go over everything to finalize the details. We had our rehearsal that night and ran through all the details. Then after dinner, we all met for drinks on the terrace and eventually made our way to the disco. Haha...what a night. It was a lot of fun but it was so loud!! By the time we left, our ears were ringing. But it was a great night regardless. The next day, we took everyone zip lining in the White River Valley and then to Mahoe Falls to climb and splash around, it was so fun! Everyone loved the excursion. On the day of our wedding, my sister (maid of honor) and I got our hair done at the salon at 9:30 and then my mom and mother in law had an appointment at 10:30. Everyone was finally done around 12 so make sure you give yourself plenty of time for hair. They did a great job on everyone's hair and they have some super hairspray. My hair didn't move all day! The girl that did my hair redid it about 3 times until she was happy with it...I didn't have any pics (I forgot) but described to her what I wanted and she pretty much got it spot on. We got ready in our room and then met Chandlyn in the lobby at 2 to head down to the gazebo for our 2:30 ceremony. Not everyone was seated yet so we ended up hanging out in the Club Golden room bc of the AC in there (we were dying from the heat!) until she was ready to take us down. My parents, MOH and BM and I all rode down in the glorified golf cart down to the steps before the long path down to the gazebo. The long walk down to the gazebo was great, it gave me a chance to get myself together before I was at the alter and surprisingly I kept it together for almost the whole ceremony (I choked up a bit during the vows). Chandlyn and Donnalee were so sweet and put all the chair ties on that I had brought down, decorated the gazebo with pink, white, and orange tulle, and also put up lanterns in the gazebo (I was expecting them to put them on the light posts along the pathway but it still looked great!). We had the steel drum band and it really made the ceremony amazing and very Jamaica! The minister was ok...I wrote our ceremony and he only saw it minutes before the ceremony started, even though I tried to get his contact info before hand to give it to him in advance. He skipped the first reading and I had to correct him to mid ceremony which was interesting and explain to him the order (even though it was pretty clear). I left a section for him to do a serman, which he didn't do but overall it was nice and no one seemed to notice any major problems, they all told us the ceremony was beautiful. We had three readings, which turned out to be a good thing since he didn't do a sermon...without them there wouldn't have been much substance to the ceremony besides our vows etc. We had champagne and pictures after the ceremony and we cut our cake and everyone had a snack before we got a great group pic and then left with our parents and bridal party to drive around St. Anne, the local town to get some awesome pics. I can't wait to get them from our photographer (Laurie Tennent, we brought her with us from Michigan...she was AMAZING!). We stopped at a fishing village, got pics with some adorable children swimming in the ocean, got pics at some ruins, and stopped at a local restaurant for a drink, it was so fun! THe only non-fun part was when our driver lost his keys at the bar for 25 mins....no problem mon! ha! Anywho- After taking pics for a bit, we returned in time for sunset at 6:45 and went straight to dinner (it was supposed to start at 6:30...oh well!). We had dinner at Dolce Vita and it was delicious. Everyone loved the food! We had the caprese salad, squash soup (YUM!), chicken with risotto, and tirimisu. My husband had the beef with fungi sauce and it was sooooooooooo good (he has a nut allergy so couldn't have the chicken) and I had the vegetarian mousaka which was again, delicious. We were totally impressed and delighted with the food at Dolce Vita. We brought our own table runners and centerpieces which turned out great. We also brough our own guest book pages for everyone to fill out which worked out well since we were late from taking pics...everyone really enjoyed them. Phew...this is getting long! haha. Sooo... after dinner we headed back to the gazebo for dancing and drinks. We rented out the gazebo from 8:30 to 10:30...didn't arrive until 8:45 but Chandlyn and Donnalee did a lovely job setting up the gazebo for us. the re-hung up the paper lanterns in the gazebo and set up paper luminaries we had brought down with tea lights all around, it was perfect! We didn't hire the DJ, instead we brought a BOSE sound dock and an ipod and it was perfect. We also didn't get the bartender, instead we picked up beer and wine after gettting pics from a local store. They had set up a table, cups, and a cooler of ice for us. My friend went up to the lobby bar and bribed the bartender to give him a gallen jug of rum punch and it was perfect! We brought wine chiller wrapper things for the bottles and this inflatable raft-like container that was a few inches deep and held all the ice and drinks, it was great. Everyone had so much fun dancing at the gazebo, and when the lights went out at 10:30, we just kept on dancing for another 40 minutes! hahah. The tea lights from the luminaries provided just enough light that it was perfect. It even started to down pour half way through dancing and it was actually a relief bc it had been so hot. So after dancing and drinks, we all went back and changed, then headed to the disco til prob 2am, then we went swimming until amost 4:30am in the pool. It was amazing and so fun. My friends stupidly stole a few bottles of liquor from the pool bars and we were set, even with the security watching us the whole time, they didn't care! We weren't super loud and it was only 10-15 of us by that time so no one cared that we were swimming. It was the perfect end to such a fun day. The rest of our time was spent relaxing by the pool or the beach, getting up to say good bye as our guests left and just had a great time. After our week at GBP, my husband and I went to the Negril coast and stayed at Tensing Pen for 3 nights. It was just what we needed, relaxation and alone time! I know I skipped around and rambled on a lot so sorry for that! Let me know if you have any questions, and don't worry about a thing!!! Gran Bahia was the perfect choice and I coudn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. We drove past a few of the resorts and GBP was so much nicer than all of them, especially for the price. I'll try to attach a few pics, sorry I don't have any pro pics yet! view from our room! ziplining! walking down with my parents cutting the cake at the gazebo
  19. well ladies it's finally my turn! wohoo! We head to the airport tomorrow evening after I spend the afternoon getting my nails done and waxing every hair off my body lol. So I'll try to check in before we leave if anyone wants to know anything specific about the resort etc. Can't wait to tell you all about it when we return. EEEK!! I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and greatbritain, CONGRATS! I hope everything goes well with your new addition!!!
  20. fleetmac- your dress is beautiful!!!! Love how soft and romantic it is...you look amazing!
  21. yay! So happy that it's all starting to work out for your girls! acw- you and your hubby will have an amazing time and it's so cool that you will get a blessing and those fabulous pics! fleetmac- you must be so relieved!! THat is great that they worked it out that you got to keep your date. @futurejohnson... I bought parasols for my girls, moms, and myself to use after the ceremony while taking pics to get out of the sun a bit...and just bc I thought they would be great in pictures! I will have to let you know how they hold up when I get back but the ones that I bought are pretty strong and I think they can hold up to a good bit of wind (hopefully!). I bought my white one from save-one-crafts.com and pink and orange ones from lunabazaar.com We leave one week from today!! wohoo!
  22. I am doing something similar to this: I made the centerpieces using 5x7 photo mats and printed the pics on vellum then used masking tape to tape them to the inside of the mats and tape the mat sides together. They will travel nice and flat and then at the resort we will put them together as the triangles. I'm not having flowers like in this pic, but I am having orange and pink table runners, then the photo centerpieces, votive candles, and a few loose orchids scattered around the table.
  23. I think you should email them with the subject- NEED RESPONSE ASAP OR CANCELING WHOLE GROUP or something to that affect. And CC the front desk person: [email protected] and their PR person: [email protected] (These are the only other email addresses I have for GBP). I'm not sure that either of them will be able to help but at least it's adding other people at GBP so hopefully they will realize there is a problem and make sure that Chandlyn address it quickly. Good luck!!!!!
  24. I hope it all works out for you! I think what you wrote sounds good and hopefully they respond soon. Just FYI- a few months ago when the fiasco with 2011 vs 2012 pricing came out, I emailed the resort directly from their website (thinking it would go above Chandlyn) and all they did was forward it to her. I felt really bad... however your situation is a little different so maybe if they realize that you are attempting to contact someone above them maybe that will get them moving... who knows. Good luck though, I really hope that you get your dates switched and that they respond soon! I can only imagine how frustrated you must be...
  25. yep definitely have gotten a bunch of different responses from them about everything! I was told we couldn't even rent a sound system at the gazebo, so we are bringing a Bose sound dock to play our iPod on. We also aren't planning on using their bar bc it's so ridiculously expensive since we are at an AI resort... I originally was quoted $20 p/p/hr, then $15 p/p/hr, then Chandlyn said they would give us a deal and it would be $22 p/p for the 2 hrs... regardless its still way too much money for 41 ppl, so we are going to just get booze ourselves. And, she told me that they wouldn't even set up a table for us to put drinks on which is SO stupid since how long would that take? I would do it if she just told me where to put it after we were done. Grr... I've also been trying to get her to confirm my restaurant for months...and now we are two weeks out and she still won't give me a definite yes. So I'm going to email her today and tell her I am printing everything tomorrow and I NEED to know lol. I've found that if I tell her I have to know immediately she normally gives me an answer. I'm in the same boat with the OOT Bags...I went way overboard and have so much stuff in them and we just found out that we only get one bag each as well...even though originally our TA told us 2 bags each... frick! We have SOOOO much stuff to take down so this should be interesting... I refuse to pay an extra $30 per bag, per way, that is just ridiculous!
