ok honesty is the best policy right, here goes you look much slimmer in dress1 and im sure that for most of us normal size women thats a good part of feeling special.I would l loose the straps bustle the back and i imagine you will feel like every bride should on there wedding day.Dress 1 is different im sure you see lots of brides in dress 2 by that i mean the drapping. Be different because dress 1 stands out as an original .You wont see another bride in your dress which is also important to me.I love the gold twinkle will you be adding a veil, tiara what jewelry will you wear.I wonder if you are drawn to dress 2 because its white and shiny?x

Thank you for your honesty. I know one reason why I look bigger in 2 is because its to big up to above my boobs it needs to be pulled back....however overall dress 1 does better job on my body. I think I liked dress 2 because its modern and my butt looks awesome. I dont want to look like all the other brides and I want to stand out.
Im unsure if I will have a veil or not. I really was thinking something that sparkles in my hair or a flower. For jewelry I know I want chandelier earrings but still up in the air. Where I got my dress has some great cheaper jewelry I will probably go check out so I can see what it looks like with my dress.

I'm going to echo Roo and honestly say that No. 1 looks great on you, while I'm not sure about No. 2 across the hips - I feel like dresses like that accentuate the wrong parts. I know you say your butt looks great in No. 2, but how many pictures of your butt are going to be in your wedding album : )

Too often I think we buy dresses for a particular style or look when that style or look doesn't fit our body type, coloring, whatever. Buy the dress that looks great on YOU - and I think that's why you bought No. 1 even though in theory you like No. 2 better. I think No. 1 (without the straps and back bow) looks beautiful on you.

That being said, do what makes you happy and forget everyone's opinon!!

I agree with the ladies. you look beautiful in both, but the first one is more flattering (at least in the pictures). It makes sense that the second one isn't altered to fit you yet. I think you should go with the one that makes you feel the most beautiful.

Ok I disagree!

You look BEAUTIFUL in both.. honestly, you truely can't go wrong, HOWEVER I think number 2 is more flattering! It hugs your curves YES, but in a GREAT way! I also think you look much more "glowy" in the second dress. You look great in both, but i think you look fantab in number 2 AND you obviously love it more! See if they will take number 1 back if that's what you want! esp. since it was off the rack.. im sure they'll accomodate..

if they can't though, or if you just love number 1 more, know that you look gorgeous in that one too. Be happy though! It's ok to change your mind! You're a woman!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
