Just wanted to share an upsetting story about customer service at its worst. 2 months ago I ordered clear glass coffee mugs with our names, wedding date, ect. I had so much fun trying the different fonts, colors, ect. They emailed me a copy of the design and I was SO excited I have been bragging about these darn things for 2 months!
Today I opened the box and they cut my design size in half! It looks ridiculous and nothing like what I expected. I called and was told to submit an online ticket. I even took pics of the mug and the mug side-by-side with the image on the computer screen and sent them in my email. I got an automated response saying they are refusing to help because they reserve the right to alter the design as they see fit. it says so in BIG RED LETTERS above the image while you are ordering.
I called and spoke to some girl in the sales dept, who refused to let me speak to a manager. She said she will look into it for me. I just recieved the a duplicate email like before, stating no error was made.
So anyway, I just filled out a form at BBB, and they have over 200 complaints filed for discountmugs.com. WOW!
I spent over $150 on 12 mugs that I feel stupid even giving out now, Grrrr.

I would not have recommended them after my experience even though they did make it right.
All of the logos came off of anyone's mugs who used them in the pool...
