CANADIAN OOT BAG info...where to shop!

Recommended Posts

So I'm in Montana right now on vacation and I thought I would go and check out the infamous Dollar Tree and it turned out well worth my while. I ended up finding these really great travel mugs in a turquoise/blue colour (somewhat shiny/metallic - but very low key) and some black ones. I was able to snag 30 of them!!!! YAY!!! In total it only cost my $30.00 bc there is no tax out here. And with the dollar beong so good for us Canadian, I got a really good deal. I never wanted to get my mugs monogramed as I didnt think anyone would want to use the mugs after the wedding if I had something like that on there, so it worked out great for me. SO happy!!! My OOT bags are almost done.

On a sad note, still cant find those freaking Spanish for Dummies book anywhere out here. Have looked at the dollar stores, target, walmart....I think Im going to be out of luck on this one....oh well!

Now onto bigger and better things.....beach towels...lol

I did buy some mugs from Dollarama here in Canada but I'm still questioning them...

Hope you find some good deals on towels too!! I'm on the search for bridesmaids dresses and shoes when I go! and some fun summer dresses for me too!

FOUND AN ONLINE SITE for cheap tote bags, thanks to another thread I found...

Anyone else heard of it or used it? THis is it: Promotional tote bags custom sizes and styles from cheap totes now with t-shirts and screen printing

I calculated that with 14 bags it will cost $22.85 US, including shipping and handling! Compare that to my original Discount Mugs order coming to about $100 US and it's a no-brainer!!!

Nice!!! Congrats on the great find!!!! I have a spanish vs booklet you print yourself. I thought it'd be cheaper and just the same. You should check it out, maybe you would consider it, and it's free!!!

Tracy - that's the same booklet I'm using!!! I think I'm just going to print it on cool paper and add a ribbon or something! There is also a printable puzzle book I'm going to do too!

I still don't know what I'm going to do for bags...working on that one!

Oh, this is GREAT! Thanks so much for posting!
Are you cutting it out and tying it together or just folding it into a little accordian?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
