she came out with 2 new dvd's & is offering it on ExerciseTV on demand through time warner cable!! so excited.. i have her book too & also am a member online, so i have so many workouts to choose from.. but i must tell you ladies.. if you dont follow a diet (@least count calories), you will feel stronger, but you might not get much slimmer.. i am now following a 1200 calorie diet & it sucks to count but it is what it is.. when they say that alcohol is empty calories.. they're not kidding! i like to have a glass of wine @ the end of the day to mellow out, but that cuts 100 calories that i could consume with food! w/ me having incorporated this diet, i have lost 5 lbs just this week. & i have been a hard core JM fanatic since october.. just not so good on the diet.. i've been wondering why i saw differences in my body, sure, but i wasnt losing the excess fat that i wanted to.. anyway, thought i'd share so you can see the difference.

I just tried level 2 last night. I don't really like it. Not because it's hard (which is it!), but I feel really awkward. It's also hard to do if someone lives below you because some of those exercises really make you bang on the floor. I think I will go back to level 1 for now and bump up the weight a little bit and occassionally throw level 2 in there. I wonder what the third level is like! (I'm definitely not there yet!)

I agree with you about it being hard to do some of the exercises when someone lives below you. What I do is when those excerises come up I do extra squats.

I am going to start the videos tomorrow, I am very excited!!! What is anyones opinion on Jillians diet plan for the 30 day shred, I want to do it along with the video however both my fiance and I did the test for our body types and we have different body types, this means we have to make 2 different meal plans...not very accomodating, anyone else have this problem??

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
