the ghost bar

That would have been so fun working at the ghost bar. And I bet lots O Money!

Yes there are tons of different choices of food out there, so no complaining from me! I bet it is very difficult though to be vegan. Im sure animal "products" are found in many things.

Kids need to use their imagination. Plus I've been in chldcare for 12 years and I can tell you they drive me insane. My family just rolled my eyes. Its to add to the cloth-diapering, no vaxing, no circing, natural, breastfeeding list I already have. Haha...but I'm dead serious I will drop that toy in the trash! wink.gif
Amir has a million and one toys spoiled because of his sister. He plays more by himself with himself (literally somedays) than anything else. He loves his leapster and so do I all educational games. 5 and reading well cant complain comes with headphones awelcome3.gif plus

This has been such an interesting thread to read. Here are my little secrets to share:

-I have never eaten a blue M&M. Something about when the commercial showed the new M&M (for the record, I wanted purple to win), he had these really big, freaky eyebrows. I hated it, so no blue M&Ms for me.

-I don't want kids and neither does FI.

-I'm a virgin. Anytime people talk about sex, I just go along with it. My "it" isn't the same as everyone else's, but that's OK. I'm not ashamed of it, but sometimes it's easier than explaining.

It was pretty fun, it was definitely an experince to remember! The uniforms were pretty funny, I'll see if can dig up some old photos of when i worked there. the money is rediculous. All the girls that i worked with were making well over 100 k a year. I paid off all my school loans:)

I have been vegan for 6 years. I have been vegetarian most of my life (never liked meat and rarely ever ate it and became vegetarian at the age of 10). It's not hard at all for me. the only places i can't eat are American food restuarants like a denny's or something like that. All other types of food have vegan options (i.e thai, indian, chinese, etc). I'm so used to it now, but the gluten/vegan diet is a challenge. But I hate that taste, so i try really hard to avoid it.

Catherine, Ayanna is such a pretty name. I'm sorry this happened to you. Amir is very lucky to have you :)smile03.gif

Ok I think I posted this before (no I know I did ) but wanted to add to my list:
1. Scared of porcelin(sp?) Dolls and life size dolls, they freak me out. I have to ask the owners of the dolls to take them out of the room for me before I can come into that room.
2. Hate scary movies, though I will watch them sometimes, but I will have nightmares (cold sweats) for days.
3. I love to dance around (with music) my house when I clean....can't clean otherwise.
4. I love to drive, can't sit in the back seat or I get really sick.
5. I love pasta, can eat it almost everyday...my favorite is pasta with sourcream and lots of Parm. cheese.

there is more but I'll add later.

Andrea I can't do scary movies either - I literally won't sleep for weeks after watching them...I even freak myself out just thinking about them - and I always dance when I clean too!

Yeah, I dance/prance around my house all the time!

I really don't like to clean only because I am a psycho clearner! I can't do a half-ass pick up the room thing, I'm on my hands and knees scrubbing baseboards when I decided to do it. When I clean mmy kitchen it takes 6 hours. I take the fan down and everything! Needless to say, my house is a wreck most of the time!

To try and help get into the cleaning spirit I have a tiara I only wear when I'm cleaning. I also will wear high heels, especially new ones, when I clean/vaccuum/dust to break them in (and make me feel pretty!) The UPS man caught me once...prancing in heels and tiara and grubby cleaning clothes. Poor guy the look on his face was priceless! I think he thought I was trying to be sexy, but wasn't. I'm sure he had some kind of "I've never seen a porn start THIS way before" thought. LOL

I know...I'm a freak. But at least I accept my craziness!

    • we ended up using Facebook messenger when we were in Mexico - the hotel had free wifi and at least 1 person from each family/couple had FB on their phone already - it was pretty easy to communicate among guests "hey, we're heading to the beach bbq for lunch." or "everyone is hanging at the small pool today".  a plus was that some people tried to get a hold of me via FB on the day of the wedding and I was totally not checking my phone - they were asking if the wedding was outside given the rain forecast, thankful my mom, MOH and a few other friends were on the group and could respond for me :)

    • Hi Everyone, So, I was cleaning out my closet and realized that I never sold off my extra wedding OOT bag stuff from our wonderful DW.   46 Daily Spanish for Dummies 30 Pool colored OOT fabric bags - approximately 13in x 13in. They lay flat.  I used them for our wedding and they were perfect for everything we needed to fit in each bag. There’s a slight shade variation in the group; I’m guessing some were cut from a different bolt of fabric.  They are also a little wrinkled from storage and will probably be wrinkled from shipping. I have three additional ones, but they somehow got something on them (likely toddler related). If needed, I can try to wash it out and send those as well.
    • I’m getting married in six months to my foreign girlfriend. I was advised by a friend that one of the things I need to do before saying I do is to get a prenuptial agreement. Basically it’s supposed to protect my assets and properties in case my relationship with my future wife goes down the drain. I don’t know though if this is an acceptable practice when marrying Kiev ladies. I don’t want to do it if it would be insulting on her end. I need advice on this. Please help me.
