per person/per hour. I am trying to negotiate an additional hr for free since we are bringing so many people. My DJ is 4 hours but my reception is only 3.

 

Great idea! I am going to try this as well. We don't need anything more then alcohol and it will already be set up.

Question for those who have a small number of guests attending.... where are you having your reception? are you having one at all? We have 14 guests plus FI and I, just wondering if it will look foolish for such a small number. Thanks!

They will NOT do round tables in the open air grills or on the beach. It's square only.

 

 

How do you know they will not do round When we were down there for our site visit they had 2 tables set up in the WC's office and they were both round. They told us that's how the table's look. I was just wondering where you heard this?

I heard it from my WC Claudia. I'm 95% sure that either in the open air grills or beach that they are square. She even sent me the dimensions. She told me flat out round is not available.

Does anyone know, if you get legally married at the Barcelo will your marriage certificate arrive in Spanish? Do we need to get in translated to English in the states? Thanks!

I think it depends on the location of where you get married. They might not want to haul in round tables to the grilles if they already have square. You'd think they would be able to change it however you'd like. I'd check with the WC...it seems they can sometimes give out conflicting info.

I agree.. my WC Gabriela had told me that square, rectangle and round tables were available for the reception..??
