ok girls so do you think I should get Parasols...Hopefully will be having wedding in June of 2008 at Casa Del Mar and I know my soon to MIL and her sister are going and they both don't like the heat that much...They think it will be to hot that time....So should I get them and anyother person some Parasols...fans maybe? I just don't know.... I know all the little extras are going to start adding up once I get a idea of how many people might come....

I would say fans, just because you wouldn't want to block peoples view of your beautiful ceremony

I really like the idea of parasols. I have seen some pictures of weddings that included them and I think they look co cute. Even the bridesmaids had them. I am thinking of including them in my wedding theme.

I really love the parasols, I'm thinking of doing them, and I like the fans too, I thought about doing both but I don't know if it will be too much. I think for people that are worried about it being too hot, those will both be good options and they're not that expensive if you don't have too many people.

I'm going to have a fan for each of my guests (placed on each seat at the ceremony). They are pretty inexpensive. I think I've seen them for about a dollar a piece. The parasols were more expensive when I researched it. The parasols are really pretty though. I like the idea of the BMs carrying parasols.

i am having a hard time deciding this one too...I like the parasol but fans are cheaper and easier to travel with.

I'm getting fans for every guest of mine and the BM's are getting parasols! I want some pics with them and it is way cheaper to do it that way!!

I'm thinking of doing both. I was going to have a fan on each chair, with parasols for the women. I'm going to have the fans double as a program as well. I think it's fine to use both.

I think fans are more pratical. Alot of brides put a fan on each seat with the wedding program attached

We did a fan on each seat and it was very much appreciated. In direct sunlight it is HOT.

The fans were pretty flat to transport and inexpensive, so keep that in mind.
