Hello all- I have not been posting to this thread but I have been looking at it for motivation. Over the last two weeks I have been really trying hard to work out and have been very successful. Unfortunately I am on vacation with my entire family in Hawaii and we are over indulging in food and more than anything else alcohol. I only have 6.5 weeks left and now I still need to lose the marms (man arms) any suggestions? (And I know I should give up the alcohol but I really only have 2 days left with the fam.)

What do you mean unfortunately!! LOL
Poor thing in Hawaii!!! smile120.gif
But just a few tips about drinking & trying to loose weight - stay away from the rum!! It's loaded with sugar & really crappy for you! Stick with light beer or vodka with juice or diet something. Other than that enjoy your vacation & worry about the marms when you get back!! Oh...and to help get rid of those work on your triceps...How to Build Stronger Triceps | eHow.com or if you don't have weights use a sturdy bench & do these...How to Do Tricep Bench Dips | eHow.com

Good Luck!!!

After being out of town and sick through most of the holidays, I'm back in the game! Today is a rest day, but on Friday I ran/walked for about 30 minutes. Saturday I did a circuit workout at the gym with medicine balls and yesterday I ran for 30 minutes straight. FI and I are going to run a 5K and 10K together too.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
