Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred Level 2 followed by 35 minutes of Yoga X with Tony Horton and I decided to take a nap on the mat.

FI bought a bodybugg for me a couple of weeks ago, and I have to say it rocks! I know exactly how many calories are going in and out. Today I ran 2 miles and did abs and legs after coaching track practice. Tomorrow I meet with the trainer, who kicks my body around every Wednesday. She is awesome but painful.

An hour of body pump and Week 5, Day 1 of C25K.....my legs are soooo tired!
