    Ran 5K this morning. I feel like I've been slacking on the running thing lately...

      I went to 6am spin this morning. I'm excited tomorrows class is 7:45...woo hoo I get to sleep in!!!

        Worked shoulders and back today. Planning to jog this weekend.

          I did an hour on the Wii Fit tonight and last night I did an hour of boot camp.

            i am headed to a 60 minute spin class. after that class I have 21 more spin classes until our site visit to cabo....hehe

              Back on track, summer's comming! To start off slow, I did an hour of yoga this morning. Tommorrow will be an hour of spin. Time to drop the post-wedding weight!

                Just got home from the gym! Did an hour on the elliptical machine and 45 minutes of weight lifting! Now, I get to eat tacos for dinner!

                  My trainer is kicking my butt with weights! I'm supposed to do an hour of cardio each day I'm not with him. After breakfast, I'm off to the gym to do a hour of cardio. I think I might split it up between rowing and elliptical. :)

                      I ran 4 miles on the treadmill and then did legs. They feel like jello right now. Tomorrow is a well, deserved, guilt free, day off from the gym! I am so tired! I need it!
