        kevsgirl that is great running is awesome I like running outside so much better but now with the time change I do not get home until dark so I now opt for the treadmil.

        Today I did 2 miles on the treadmill, some leg exercises and 45 min pilates, I plan to go back tonight and run 2 more miles and bi and back.
        I know what you mean... I didn't go last night because it was so dark out when I got home and it was freezing rain (well, nearly... ) so I left it to this morning instead. And man oh man do I ever prefer the treadmill. Way less impact too.

        Yay! That's all I'm doing too. I did weights this morning and crunches in addition, but I'm only doing 30 mins of cardio.
        We're on the right path!

          Way to go, kevsgirl!!! I unfortunately did not make it yesterday (me and FI left early to get to a snowboard convention) and finishing off invitations today. It's not too late, so I still might make it to the gym today. If not tomorrow...for sure. (I'm so good with making excuses...I need to work on that)

          I'm in the military so physical training requirements make so that I have to run. I've been doing it for a few years and it still hasn't grown on me. I love to be active but just haven't grown to love (or even like) running

          Ohh, and what's (episodes) week 3...4...?

            I exercised today with my PT for the first time in six weeks and I hurt all over. He was really hard on me!! Oh well, that's why I pay him I guess! lol

              Great Start! No pain, No gain.

              I made it to the gym today and boy do I feel like I've got tons of energy. Maybe because I haven't been there in a few days

                4.8 miles on the gerbil wheel this morning and yesterday... hopefully I can keep it up!

                  Overslept and missed my morning Pilates and cardio. Now I have to do if after work. I like this thread. Thanks for the motivation ladies!
