    I am being so lazy lately...I really need to start workin out cause I need to lose about 10-15 pounds before the wedding but since my wedding isnt till next November I feel like I have all the time in the world (which is the wrong way to go about it)
    I have a gym membership, just dont utilize it...

    But I find myself rather going to bars & drinking carbs till I'm loaded

    example...today is Friday...and my plan for today...go to Stanleys (bar) with FI & friends...not good.

    I need some motivation!!

      Mat "kicked my ass" with a super intense workout on Friday - shoulders, chest AND arms!! (plus cardio & abs) I am NOT enjoying this stupid footbal training he's been starting! lol
      Thankfully he's going to set up my new program for next week!!
      We're going golfing tomorrow (the course opened this past week YAY!!!) & then we're going to the gym because it's closed on Monday... BOO! :)

          Did a 5 mile walk yesterday and today I've working on holding the couch down so not so good. But it was so nice yesterday and crappy cold today so nothing to motivate me. I kinda needed a lazy Sunday :)

            No gym today, but we did go golfing. And we skipped the cart so I walked the whole time. I think I used a few muscles in my back that haven't been used in a LOOOONG while :)

              1 hour yesterday and 1 hour today. I am in full cardio mode. Amy inspired me to mix it up and do an hour total! I have lost about 3 pounds in the last week. If I can just keep this up for 8 more months.... HA!

                No. I've got to get back on track. It's been two weeks and I've only worked out once. I only have 15 to 20 lbs to go, but I think these will be the hardes to lose.

                    I think I last left off on my day off on Saturday....
                    I'm feeling pretty driven this week...so I'm adding a few extra cardio sessions to get me over this plateau

                    Sunday: Push weights with Andy as my "trainer." I'm still hurting....45 min cardio; abs on ball and leg lifts
                    Monday: Pull weights; 40 min cardio; lower abs
                    Tuesday: Went to spin class this morning at 6:00am; going back after work for push weights and 35 min more cardio; obliques
                    Wednesday: Pull weights; 45 min cardio intervals; lower abs
                    Thurs: AM cardio (60 min running & eliptical intervals) abs on ball & leg lifts
                    Fri: Push weights; 55 min cardio intervals; obliques
                    Sat: Pull weigths; 60 min cardio intervals; lower abs
                    Sun: Push weights; 45 min cardio; abs on ball & leg lifts
                    Mon: off (or run with my mom who will be in town)
                    Yay...I hope I can make it! 33 more days til we leave!

                      I fought off a yucky headache and lifted weights at the gym after work. Also I rode my bike to and from work like usual. I'd like to lose about 10 pounds and then just maintain. Since I have a little less than a year (I think...haven't set a date yet) I figured that's a good plan.

                      I'm doing the New Rules of Lifting for Women, Stage 1. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in weight training! (Or even if they're not :).
