    I went to the gym today! Did 35 cardio then weights.

      Ok, I'm going to get back to using this thread too! I really does help. Plus I see how well eveyone else is doing and I start to feel lazy.....So I worked out today at the gym. 45 min on the eliptical and 15 on the bike with 5lb weights for arms.

          I just got home from the gym, I did an hour today on the elliptical, it was hard but I really made myself do it

            Wow, this thread really is great! I try to go almost every day and do something, I just feel bad if I don't. FI is such a motivator for me, he is so into working out, but he's not this huge body builder type (thank god). I probably wouldn't go as much as I do if it wasn't for him! We're actually getting ready to go now!!

                  I worked out this evening 1 hour with the kettle bell.... It totally sucked, but maybe I will feel better about it in the morning (if I see the number go DOWN).

                      I ran a mile last night, did shoulder & bi's with DH and did 10 minutes on the escalating stairs.
